  The home is beautifully decorated. The pictures and description does not do it justice. It was very clean and maintained. Jeff is a wonderful person to work with. He was so helpful especially when I needed to add an extra day (didn't want to leave). It is close to Disney and all types of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  I must say that I was very nervous going into this rental. However, my fears were totally unfounded, as Jeff was the most helpful and accomodating seller we have ever rented from. This townhome is exactly as it is pictured in the photos; no unpleasant surprises when we arrived!! We really liked that this was a corner unit for privacy/noise issues, but even when there were renters next door, there was no noise. There was plenty of room for all in our group. It was nice being able to have everyone together in one place, rather than renting separate accomodations. Having a private pool was very nice, and the community pools are just steps away from the townhouse. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you might need for cooking on vacation. There are plenty of extra linens, which was helpful for us, since we stayed for a month. The full sized washer and dryer are a big plus!! There are tvs in every bedroom and a large tv with DVD player in the living room. Free WIFI in the rental, and there is also a computer room at the clubhouse. The townhouse is very tastefully decorated and feels very homey. We are very happy with our decision to rent this unit, and we will definitely recommend it to friends and family! Thanks for everything, Jeff!! We'll be back!!

  Hi Jeff. We arrived back from our 2 week Orlando vacation...We absolutely loved the condo...It was as beautiful as what the pictures showed...The resort was great as well as the location and we will definitely recommend your condo to anyone we know who may be heading out that way....The condo is a big part of what made our vacation so great...plenty of room, and the pool was used daily, morning and night. It was a pleasure dealing with you and we dream of returning again someday!

  Hi Jeff: I cannot thank you enough for being so honest and the townhouse was amazing and the kids had a wonderful time. I do hope that all is well when we left. I tried my best to leave it in good shape. the pool was wonderful. The resort was amazing. We were not in the townhouse only to sleep as we were going day and night but when we were there the kids had a wonderful time in the pool. Thanks again and we will certainly pass on your townhouse to friends or if we ever go to Orlando again I will give you a call. Again, thanks for everything Jeff. You made our vacation. Eleanor

  Hi Jeff The wedding went well, all my families loved the townhouse, they are all planning to come back and visit for vacation. Sorry I have not emailed you sooner, after the wedding I had been down with flu, in fact most of my family members went home sick, I think they caught the bug from me. Anyway, the townhouse was lovely, and very spacious, very clean, everything you needed is there. I will definitely recommend your townhouse to all future guest, given it is available.   Hi Jeff, Now that we are home and re-conditioned to the lovely Ohio weather, I just wanted to send you a proper thank you for all you did this past weekend. Your level of customer service surpasses any that I have experienced and to top it off, the house was comfortable. We'd definitely like to rent both properties from you for the next MLK weekend in 2012 and potentially for additional trips. I know for a fact that others, inc. the friend I already told you about, would love to stay at either/both of the homes. With that said, could you send me a list of prices for both properties for both low and high seasons? I'm about to put a recommendation on my facebook status :) Thank you again, and look forward to doing business with again. Natalie

  Hi Jeff, Home Sweet Home! Just wanted to send a quick thank you ! You were awesome and the place was amazing! We didnt have any issues! We didnt use the air conditioner and we left some water, a few bottles of beer and some chocolate bars.....and toilet paper and paper towels! We can't wait to get back to FL again!
