Hawksridge was chosen as the name for this home because of its stunning location on the ridge of the mountain, with lots of open sky and opportunity to experience the wildlife in the area.
This is a brand new spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome with more than 3000 finished square feet. You will love the open living room, dining and kitchen area and beautiful slate tile flooring and state-of-the-art Wolf and Subzero kitchen appliances. This is the perfect home for larger parties, yet couples can enjoy their own privacy as three of the bedrooms have en-suite bath areas.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements include one King, two Queen, one Full, and one Bunk with single over full bed and trundle, plus a portable crib for the little one.
Located just a few minutes east of Park City, this home sits in a quiet mountain community and includes access to a 4100 sq ft clubhouse featuring a theater room, exercise center, hot tub and pool.
At Hawksridge, you are close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of Park City (only five short minutes by car), yet far enough away to unwind after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or any of the other activities that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Private HomesLocation was critical. Easy access to the Salt Lake International Airport (just 32 minutes away) was a must. To find a home just five minutes from downtown Park City and within 15 minutes of three major ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons) made this the ideal vacation home. The area is world-renowned for its winter sports, but this place offers a bounty of year-round activities, including hiking, boating and fishing at the Jordanelle Reservoir (just 5 minutes away). All summer long you can find art and music festivals, outlet shopping, and fine dining. Even kids will enjoy Park City with its Alpine Slide and kid-friendly adventure activities.
The Unique Benefits at this TownhomeWe love fine dining, which is easily accessible in Downtown Park City. Nothing is better, however, than a fine meal prepared and served in our state-of-the art kitchen--a chef's delight. Our children are smitten by the community clubhouse with its wall-to-wall theater and plush leather theater seating. Parties are a blast in the community clubhouse with its warming kitchen, pool table, hot tub, and swimming pool.

Gayle, Sorry it took me so long to post a review. This was our second stay at Hawksridge and it was AWESOME. House was perfect in everyway. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on our last stay and you couldn't ask to rent from better people. a genuine concern that your stay is enjoyable. A couple of changes to the residence since our first stay made an even more enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Our family will definitely stay here on our next trip to Park City. Randall White Cypress, TX.

What a pleasant surprise! This was new, spacious, crisp and comfortable. For three years eight of us have gone on week long ski trips, and we have never stayed in such a terrific ski home, plus this one was stocked with pantry essentials which was so helpful. Ten minutes to the ski area and a massive kitchen island that seats seven made it a great place to hang out at the end of the day. We all give it really high marks.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

We stayed here for a ski/snowboard vacation during President's weekend 2012. The townhouse is great! Very spacious house with 5 bedrooms plus loft area. The most impressive attribute is the kitchen area with state of the art stainless steel appliances and huge countertop area for cooking and preparing food. The house is conveniently located within a short distance to the Park City area. The owners are friendly, informative, and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to the Park City area.

My family just vacationed for a week in February at this property. It was a wonderful townhome. The furnishings we top of the line. The townhome was even nicer than the pictures look. The kitchen was a dream. This property far exceeded our expectations and the owners were very nice to work with. I would highly recommend this townhome to friends and family. We will be returning for sure.

My friends and I stayed here for a winter ski trip in February and everything about it surpassed expectations. The townhouse was beautiful, modern, spacious, and included more than everything we needed. The owners were very nice and accommodating, going out of their way to make our vacation great. Definitely recommended. We would not hesitate to stay here again for our next ski vacation in Park City.

We stayed at Hawksridge for 7 days. Wow what a great house. We had 2 families and it was perfect! The kitchen has state of the art appliances! The house was better than described in the photos and description. It is located very close to the resorts! The owners were so nice and we have already booked for spring break. We would highly reccomend this house and the great owners!
