Overall, we had a great time. However, upon arriving the “Welcome Center’s “ appearance was not so welcoming. I thought it was an old abandoned building. Not used to welcome visitors. Appearance “Does” matter!!

Could be cleaner.

Cons: Strong mothball smell, stained couch, finger prints all over the living room mirror, elevators across the hall from the bedroom window. Pros: Great location, heated pool, hot tubs, good security, plenty of parking space outside and in the garage, staff is always present.
