  We travel to a new destination each year and never repeat....this will be a first! My husband and I visited with our two teenage daughters and our friends that have 3 teenage daughters. The home accommodated us perfectly. Lot 4 is a fabulous home with everything anyone would need or ask for. All the amenities of home and more. The pictures on the website show a beautiful space but until you step onto the rooftop from the street, you have no idea just how beautiful and well thought out this place is. It's owner did a fabulous job of utilizing all spaces. There is a view of the quaint town of Playa Flamingo and it's scenery out of every window and off each balcony. The elevator came in handy for quick access to the rooftop for the best view of the sunset each night. It was something we never missed and as we enjoyed a bottle of wine at the bar, our girls watched the setting sun from the jacuzzi. The home is as clean as one could ask for and the pool area is such a great addition. The beach is absolutely beautiful with very few people around. The restaurants we visited in town were great and within walking distance. We did not rent a car and were happy that we didn't. Made for more exploring which we thoroughly enjoyed. The people of Playa Flamingo are very friendly and we were very sad to leave Evelyn, she is a wonderful lady and great housekeeper. She made a couple of traditional Costa Rican meals for us which we loved. Renee, the property manager was very easy to work with and available for us to call with any questions or concerns. Our families spent one day ziplining, rafting, horseback riding and canyoning. It was so nice to be able to return to Lot 4 to relax after such a long day. It seemed to be the theme of the week..."let's just go back to the house and relax" or "let's go back to the house and swim." It is truly one of a kind and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fabulous home with a view to die for, a perfect location and everything you would ever need. Thank you Michael for opening up your home to us, we plan to return very soon!

  A group of my friends and family recently rented this property. It looked fantastic online, but we were surprised to find that it was even more impressive than the photos or comments indicated. The furnishings were lovely, while still being very comfortable, and we especially loved the layout of the house. The design is such that everyone in our party could enjoy the common gathering areas, but the bedrooms provided maximum privacy. Since we had a large group, it was great that the night owls could stay up late without disturbing the early risers. We spent a great deal of time outdoors, and the poolside patio provided the perfect place for alfresco dining. The rooftop terrace with the hot tub and entertaining area is amazing, and made viewing sunsets incredible! In addition, this property had some amenities that made our stay particularly convenient and enjoyable. As indicated, the house has an elevator, which was great for several members of our family with mobility challenges. It also made easy work of unloading luggage and groceries! The property manager was bilingual and extremely helpful, which made making arrangements for the rental hassle-free. The housekeeper was very friendly and efficient (also bilingual, great for those of us with limited Spanish skills). We have rented vacation properties in Costa Rica on several other occasions, but this was our first time renting this particular house. We all agreed this has been our best experience by far, one we intend to repeat in the very near future.

  My wife and i have stayed at this incredible home a few times and we will always return here on our Costa Rica trips. Accessibility and privacy make this property a winner. Close to Liberia and with all the comforts of home....the views from all levels are spectacular...we have seen whale spouts on the horizon and sunsets that knock our socks off...(well our flip flops is more like it). Great restraunt a short walk up the hill and many great dinning options a few minutes drive. Walk to the beach down the hill or a short drive to Playa Grande and not to far to Tamarindo for a town w/ a big time surfer vibe, great food and great waves. This house has it all!!!
