The Summit is located inside the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort next to Sandestin and nearby the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard. This unit is on the 6th floor looking East to the Gulf of Mexico and the endless views over Topsail State Park. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and finish off the evening with the sun lighting up the coast.
This condo offers a spacious 2 bedroom floorplan with balcony access from the master bedroom and the living area. Enjoy all of the amenities of home with granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs with DVDs, iPod docking alarm clocks and stereo in the living room.
Enjoying your vacation is so easy. The condo is about 300 yards to the beach and close to the clubhouse where you can access all of the amenities of the resort. The TRAM can get you anywhere you want as well. You want to play tennis, racquetball, fitness center, complimentary DVD rentals,etc, just walk over to the clubhouse and sign up. It is all included in your rental.
Check in is very easy with the onsite resort desk.
Booking is easy. A 15% deposit will reserve your rental with the balance due 4 days prior to your stay.
