Dillon is the 'Gem of Summit County,' the perfect family getaway, only an hour west of Denver. Recreation, entertainment, relaxation, and pure fun... all at your doorstep. Many vacationers come to Colorado for the ski slopes, and the breathtaking beauty of spring and summer beckons them back, again and again.
In the Summer you can hike, bike, stroll or sail. The marina is right out our door! Experience boating at 9,100' with boat rentals or sailing lessons. Enjoy 26 miles of town trail, lakeside parks and paths. Areas like the Dillon Nature Preserve offer unparalleled views of Dillon Reservoir and the Colorado Rockies. Just across the street from our home is the FREE Summit Stage shuttle to all towns and mountain resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Copper Mountain. Take a short walk to the tiki bar, the park, farmers market and free concerts in the ampitheatre. There are also 2 children's outdoor play parks, public tennis courts, and a bowling alley. Take a scenic ride on the Water Taxi to Frisco for the afternoon. You are 5 minutes to retail, restaurants, groceries and entertainment. Silverthorne Factory Outlets, City Market, Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers, ski rentals, award-winning breweries, movie theater and more. So much to do . . . So little time ?
If you are a nature lover, you will be treated to Mother Nature's finest! Just out the front door is the is the Lake Dillon bike path which connects to hundreds of miles of trails, Our home is surrounded by hiking trails including Buffalo, Swan Mountain. Mt Royal, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin Trails. Check out Lily Pad, Hoosier Pass, Officer’s Gulch, McNulty Gulch, Mesa Cortina Trail, and so many more just a short drive away to the trailheads.
After a day outdoors, come 'home' to relax in the hot tub or pool, then put your feet up in front of your own fireplace or cook your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchen, You'll find everything from blenders and crock pots to cheese-graders and stemware. Not into cooking? A nice selection of Apres mountain dining is just down the street.
The Master Bedroom has a slider to the deck and a King Size Bed and a King Size Flat Screen too! The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and a TV. You'll find both bathrooms stocked with plenty of linens and large pool / hot tub towels as well.

Very Comfortable and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen quite nice. Hot tub two flights of stairs down. Covered parking. We would stay again. This place is not Huge but worked for family of four. Beds were comfortable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We rented this condo this past February and it is lovely. Very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious for a two bedroom condo. We recently spent 3 nights at this adorable condo in Dillon - and all I have to say is wow! It was so cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be utilizing this condo next year for our annual ski trip and possibly some time this summer. Fantastic place to stay!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We've been to Summit County many times but this condo was a first for us. We have family that live in the same complex and enjoyed being able to walk just a couple of steps to get to their door. The condo was clean, spacious and felt like a true home away from home. This will definitely be our first choice when we return! This condo has it all. We stayed for 9 weeks this summer and have already booked time next summer. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties across the country and have not found one as comfortable or as well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and that is not always the case in rentals. The kitchen had as much as my kitchen at home. No excuse not to cook, but the area also has many fine restaurants. Jo, the owner, is great to work with and it is obvious that she wants your experience to be the best possible. The location is fabulous. There is so much to see and do in the area. Obviously I highly recommend this great condo. It has become my "summer home away from home." If you like winter I cannot imagine a better location!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time in Summit county - as always. This condo was a new one for us - it is just up from the marina and right on the bike path. The condo is very clean and both bathrooms are very spacious. We have a 2 year-old and 10 month old. The 10 month-old finally learned how to crawl during our stay. Thank GOD the floor was so nice and very clean!!! Another nice bonus - the parking is covered, so on our last day - while it was raining I was still able to pack the car. While in Colorado, we had a slight problem with opening one of the windows. Jo was very prompt in helping to make sure the proper person came to fix it. I would definitely stay here again - the price is right and the place is very clean, nicely updated, and spacious.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This property has it all. Close to great skiing and perfect for hiking, biking, and running during the warmer days. The house was clean, cozy, and a perfect place to come home to after a long active day. It's a prime location, easy to find off I-70, and in the midst of fun in the Rockies. We had a fabulous time and the owners were great to deal with; helpful in many aspects. We will definitely return as soon as possible!!
