  I would rate this Town Home as excellent. The photos do not tell the whole story. One of the best assets to this property was the master bathroom shower. Oh my, this shower was beyond amazing. I think I seriously contributed to an increased water bill, Sorry Jon. This place is amazing and has very convenient access to the community pool and other nearby amenities. We enjoyed the near by sandwich and pizza restaurants. I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a family vacation or a couples retreat.

  This condo is just as advertised. New, clean, it's quiet, no sideways noise from the neighbours, the pool is awesome and when someone had their young kids out there you weren't bothered by the sounds of splashing and laughing. There are BBQ's on site that you can use, they were clean and easy to use. The owner is neaby and is easy to get a hold of if any problems arise. The location is good, you are in a residential area with a Stripes / Velero on each corner, 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance, but be prepared to drive everywhere else you want to go. If you like Italian we fell in love with Island Italian Restaurant which is within easy walking distance. You can walk to the beach if you want, it's about 10min walk, but be prepared to take whatever you need with you, there aren't any services nearby for pop, ice, food etc. But, if you don't mind driving you can easily drive to the beach, grocery shopping and the mall is only 20-30 min drive.

  It was very easy to book this unit! Jon was very friendly and helpful to make this stay comfortable for us. We were afraid we booked late seeing as this property was booking fast and limited with dates, but when I called to inquire about it he didn't make me feel rushed or get pushy to rent his condo. The place is beautiful and very convenient to the beach and the pool - it's literally the "backyard". The only very small issue I had was the floors weren't as clean as I would have liked, but overall everything else was clean and great. Much more than what I would have expected! I highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future!

  My family and I stayed the weekend and had a great time. The owner is very friendly and made sure we were happy. The location is convenient to the beach, and the pool was right outside our patio. The place is well decorated and it felt like home. We'll definitely be going back!

  We took a mini vacay here and it was way more than I could have ever expected. The owner and his wife are fabulous! They bent over backwards to make sure our stay perfect as possible!! The place is even nicer in person than in pictures. Very Very spacious, clean and came equipped with everything you would ever need. The beautiful pool is right off the back patio, it was soo nice! Its centrally located on the Island and close to everything! My kids (14, 9 both girls) and we loved it and whenever headed back that way, for sure we will be renting this beauty again!!! <3 Thanks John for renting your awesome place!!!

  We absolutely loved our stay at the townhouse. It was our first time down to Padre Island and taking a long trip as a family of 5 (we drove 600+ miles). Jon, the property owner, was very helpful and went above & beyond to accommodate our family. We traveled with a baby and he made sure we had a pack-and-play and a high chair for our littlest one. Our 3 kids are still pretty young and they had the best time at the pool and in “their room” watching cartoon network/Disney channel. In fact, the older two each packed a backpack with toys from home – those backpacks were never opened during our trip. My husband LOVED the master shower and I LOVED the kitchen! We were as comfortable as we are at home but it was even better as we don’t have as many amenities & fun things to use (remote control ceiling fan! Rain shower! Wine chiller! Convection oven!). We want to come back & stay again and again. Thanks Jon for your hospitality and for having such a wonderful place. We can’t wait to return next Summer!

  The stay at this condo was the best decision we made on our trip to Padre !! I give it two thumbs up if you want enough space to be comfortable and it was very well keeped up with and CLEAN !! It felt very "HOMIE" like a home away from home. And The POOLS are just a hop jump skip and away right outside the patio doors which made it even BETTER ! The property also has a very big KIDDIE pool if you have small one's like myself. And of course, last but not least, JON, the owner, was wonderful and made our stay very pleasant with his generous hospitality ! I would definitely recommend this property and liked it so much we are planning another STAY this SUMMER !

  We came down for a mini-vacation with our daughter who will be a senior this year at Texas A&M and our son who just returned from a tour in Afghanistan for some RnR. The home was beautiful and well-stocked with all-kinds of necessities to make our stay enjoyable. Jon, the homeowner, is very personable and gave us great suggestions of yummy eateries!! Everyone must try Port Aransas Brewery!! The townhome is quick drive to the beach or you can spend the day lounging outside the door by the pool. We had an excellent time. We will definitely book another stay here!!!

  This particular property is new to the VRBO group. When we first found the condo it had only been a couple of days since the posting started and there were no reviews. I was concerned and called the owner, Jon. We talked about the property and what it had to offer. I went ahead and booked. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to the condo for the first time. There is a lot of room and the condo is well furnished. The distance is about 3/10ths of mile to the beach so we always drove. It may be a distance to the sand and gulf, but the pool is just outside your back door. The first night there we thought the refrigerator had gone out. Come to find out, we did not shut the door very well, and once we figured out what we did and closed it all the way, it started to cool right away. Jon was not going to take any chances and late into the evening brought over a small compact refrigerator just in case. He went over and beyond to make our stay a good one. Kudos, Jon, on your space and hospitality.
