This property is one of the last remaining, original, single family beach cottages on Siesta Key located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful white powder sand beaches in Florida. Siesta is listed as #2 beach after South Beach in Miami in the top 10 Fl Beaches. This has three bedrooms & 2 baths. Two bedrooms are king size and one bedroom has 2 twins with a twin trundle. It has beach chairs, beach towels,& umbrella.

All major appliances & small appliances with full size W/D. Central heat and air. Living room with couch and 2 chairs, & 42 inch plasma cable tv with tvo,& dvd player, master bedroom has 32 inch flat screen, tvo and dvd player. Phone in the kitchen and LR. Large screen porch, webber grill & siesta furniture. Large sun deck & has outside shower. Large eat in kitchen, glass top table matching ratan wall unit & 6 chairs. Wood floor with area rugs through out, vinyl in kitchen and baths.

This is our only rental it is a charming old fashioned beach cottage very clean and well maintained. It is 5 minutes from the Village or the public beach, the cottage is on the beach. 1 1/2 hr to Disney World and Orlando. 50 minutes to Tampa and Bush Gardens.
