I was very pleased with the property. The house is tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, yet its very close to major roads. Even walking distance to shopping centers which have everything you will need for your trip. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor so it would be perfect for those with disabilities.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, the house was well maintained and very beautiful. The owner was kind and gracious! Would stay here again in a heart beat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The listing description was very accurate and the information of surrounding shopping was correct. The property was clean and well-maintained. There was good stock of dishes, glasses and cookware. The owner provided very good customer service. A list of frequently asked questions is needed to diminish the need to call the owner. Important House Rules: 1- Turning off the porch lights before going to bed. 2- Using restrooms trash bins for toilet papers to prevent any clogging. I respect my guests and I do my best house be in top condition when I hand it over to them; therefore, I do appreciate my guests to respect the cleaness of the house and treat it as they do their own. I do my best for arranging check in time with my guest; however I appreciate the check out time to be respected as it is around noon.

About the owner: I bought this property for my parents to help them settle down in Houston with me. I did my best to remodel it and make it the house they love and feel at their hometown. They did lots of accent jobs in the property during their stay specially at the garden and backyard but do to socioeconomic matters they decided to move back to their hometown for uncertain time. I like to keep this property in case they changed their mind but for taking care of it I need to keep it open to the public as a vacation home to cover its expenses. God Bless all moms and dads.

I love to have the convenience of accessing to all you can name it stores & businesses in no time while living in a safe family oriented and beautiful area of town. Did you know this part of Champion Forest neighborhood is part of Houston Bird Sanctuary? You love to see Cardinals and Blue Jays everyday in our yards. I am sure you love the location & comfort of our house.
