The Home... Arrowhead is a gated community located in the Vail Valley. The home is nestled against BLM land enabling the location to offer expansive mountain views to the north and views of nature to the south.
Experience Village to Village skiing as you access the mountain by riding the Arrow Bahn Ski Lift, the western access point to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead ski terrain. You may drive to the Arrowhead Parking lot, three blocks away, or call for the free winter shuttle that will pick you up at home and return you at the end of your day. Vail is 20 minutes to the east via I-70.
This mountain home is ideal for families, corporate groups, or reunions as it offers over 4600 square feet of living space. This is a No Smoking Mountain Home. The sunlit main level has a formal living room with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, stone fireplace, and huge windows that bring in the sunlit views all day long. There is also a dining room that seats 12, a fully-equipped new kitchen with marble counters, a comfortable HDTV and computer equipped den, and a three-quarter bath. Up three steps there are two identical master suites, one with a king-size bed and TV. The second master suite has a queen bed and TV. Both master suites include a completely remodeled bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
On the upper level are two spacious bedrooms. One with queen bed and the other with two twins, these twins can be made into a king. Both bedrooms include there own full baths and gorgeous mountain views. The lower, garden level, has a huge entertainment room with a wet bar, microwave, 65" wide screen HDTV with DVD, VCR, Surround Sound, cable, a video library, and Satellite HDTV with tons of movie channels.
There are two additional bedrooms on the garden level. One with two queen beds and a newly remodeled large private bath with a stone lined shower and multiple shower heads. The second bedroom has two twin log beds with a newly remodeled adjacent bath and a great steam shower.
This home also has a large dressing, ski room off the two-car garage. This is a wonderful room to keep those boots warm for the next day.
Activities... Summer activities within Arrowhead include swimming, hiking, and use of the clay tennis courts. Every other mountain activity that you can think of is nearby including fly-fishing, biking, horseback riding, river rafting, and golf on one of the many Vail Valley Golf Courses. For culture the Villar Center and the Ford Outdoor Amphitheater provide many summer and winter venues. Winter is a Skier’s Paradise!
