Welcome to our NEW 2 Bedroom +/2 Bathroom 950 ' ft Premium Suite, where par 72 golf is just minutes away.
Our recently constructed house was Professionally Designed and Landscaped in a Modern French Country style with nods to the beautiful Seaside community in which we live. A substantial part of our home has been dedicated to this completely self-contained, fully furnished suite. While we do live on-site in our mainfloor home, every effort has been made to ensure your optimal relaxation, comfort, and privacy.
Extensive amenities include your own central-air conditioning, in-suite laundry, and private mountain view deck. The fully equipped kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, island and pantry. High ceilings create a bright and airy ambiance both in the kitchen and dining areas. The master bedroom has a very comfortable quality pillow-top mattress, adjoining walk-in closet and ensuite bath, complete with 5' soaker tub/shower, vessel sink and custom tilework. The second bedroom is smaller but is also serviced by it's own bathroom, just steps away. At the entrance to the suite there's a cozy reading nook which can be used as a bed occasionally.
We supply quality linens, complimentary welcome package and wifi. There is a BBQ area and free parking. Our grounds have been professionally landscaped to be enjoyed by our guests year-round.
Our convenient location gives you quick access to local amenities. Campbell River is reknown for it's world class fishing, but skiing at Mt Washington is becoming increasingly popular, as this mountain often gets more than it's fair share of winter snow pack! And in summer, guests can enjoy mountain biking and breathtaking views from chairlift rides. If you feel like a walk along the waterfront, Campbell River enjoys a well-used 7-km Seawalk, where you can also beachcomb or view cruise ships in summer months. If you enjoy hiking or running, Campbell River has many trails, often with old growth timber, lush greenways and rivers and streams. It's not uncommon to encounter wildlife while vacationing in Campbell River, much to the delight of guests!
Unique to Campbell River is Discovery Pier, a wonderful place for a little fishing, relaxing, or an evening stroll. On Sundays, it hosts Pier Street Market, a multi cultural event with an abundance of local produce, baked items, canned goods, and seafood options. You can enjoy artisans at work on their craft - carvers, jewelers, musicians, and the like. Refreshments are available. A popular spot for locals and visitors. Nearby is the Maritime Heritage Centre and Campbell River Museum.
Closeby our property is an indoor climbing wall. In season, you can pick mushrooms or snorkle with salmon down the Campbell River! Opt to visit Quadra and Cortez Islands, or the annual chainsaw carving competition where remarkable pieces of art are sculpted.
Fairly new to our area are winerys. We just toured one recently (Coastal Black) and found it a very enjoyable experience. The setting was beautiful, the tour informative, the staff very pleasant and the tasting room tasteful! One of our areas newest additions is Shelter Point Distillery, due to open May 2012.
Besides all of these activities, Campbell River enjoys a delicious mix of restaurants, ranging from casual fare to fine dining.

We loved our stay at the Urban Loft in Campbell River. It was a peaceful getaway during what is usually a very hectic time of year and the space was perfect to have downtime for our family in between holiday dinners and obligatory visiting. Dale and Janet are incredibly personable, professional, and friendly and all the touches were there to make our stay comfortable. The space is modern, well thought out and Janet's interior design is flawless. I found the location to be quite central, easy access to downtown and having the interior island hwy made trips to Willow Point quick and easy, even getting to Mt. Washington is only about 45mins away. We would definitely stay again and probably will do so again this time next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The couple that have the property are wonderful. Very helpful and extremely accommodating. The golf course is about 6 blocks away, very close to the airport and downtown. Quiet and very clean.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Dale has lived his whole life in Campbell River, and Janet has been here since their marriage 3O years ago. They both appreciate the outstanding natural beauty of their surroundings, and are well aquainted with the many amentities this beautiful city has to offer.

We chose this part of Campbell River to build our home because of it's safe, quiet, and serene setting - a tranquil country feel, yet close to everything. This is our second time living in Fairway Village, we like it so much!
