Our condo is newly remodeled, front-row with direct panoramic views of the ocean and neighboring islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe and Molokini. You can watch the beautiful Maui ocean sunset, spotting breaching whales in season or simply read a book while sunning on the lounge chair, all within the comfort of your private lanai/patio. It is located in the most desirable oceanview 'H' building of Maui Kamaole resort. It is the closet unit to the popular golden sandy Kamaole III beach. Our condo has brand new island style furniture sets and is newly tiled throughout. It is designed for you to relax and enjoy. This is a ground level unit; the tiled front lanai/patio opens to a lush and well-maintained lawn, offering direct ocean view and amazing nightly maui sunset. It is ~200 feet from the beautiful Kamaole III beach.
Our condo is not just a rental property, we enjoy staying here several time a year ourselves. We have provided everything we appreciate at our own home for your vacation use, including a 42 inch flat screen TV (Internet & Netflix enabled), free Wi-Fi high speed internet, free cable, DVD player, free beach gear (beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, etc), cooler, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The tiled front lanai off the living room is furnished with table and chairs for dining with spectacular views of the beautiful Maui ocean sunsets. The california king bed, large living area’s queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a full second bathroom make the unit ideal for up to four guests. There is one free parking stall next to the condo entrance.
Maui Kamaole is Kihei's newest first-class condominium property. The buildings are low-rise, low-density, it offers peaceful privacy in a beautifully landscaped setting of tropical flowers, plants and palms. We are ranked one of the top three condo complexes rated next to Grand Wailea Hotel by guests on Tripadvisor, but with a fraction of cost of rooms in Grand Wailea which charges average of $1000 per night. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (Tiffany’s, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach etc.), restaurants (Ruth Chris, Sarrento, Spago, Cuatro, Coconut’s Fish Café, Sansei Sushi, etc), Championship golf, and best beaches in Maui including Ulua Beach which is named one of the top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America. Our condo is directly across from the popular Kamaole Beach III Park, with crystal clear blue water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. Addtionally, there is a very large grassy lawn for picnicking and hanging out.
South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. Climate is warm and sunny year around with clam ocean in the morning, lighter trade winds in the afternoon and very little rainfall compared to other areas of maui. The high temperature will average 80F in the winter and 86F in the summer with clear blue skies year around. South Maui has better reefs, great beach after great beach, beaches are less crowded and beach access don't get filled up as often.
Maui Kamaole resort amenities include two swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, and barbeque areas with gas grills for your use.
This unit has one assigned parking space, located near the entrance of the building. An additional parking space can be arranged with the front office for a slight fee. We have an on-island contact who handles the cleaning and any issues that may arise during your stay. Upon receiving the full balance, a welcoming letter with access instruction, resort rules, and check-in/check-out procedures will be emailed to you.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and a fabulous view. We enjoyed the pools,too. I already miss that fantastic king bed. It was a great space for a family with 2 kids.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole in 4 other units over the years and this one is definitely the best. Clean, spacious and so very well equipped - with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We especially loved your high quality dinnerware, the clean tile flooring everywhere and your unique artwork. Being able to make dinner while looking out at the ocean and then sit on the lanai to enjoy the sunset was very special. Coffee on the lanai in the morning was also great - with views of whales and sounds of birds nearby. Nice quiet, private location with great access to all beaches - within walking distance or short drives. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Booking and paying were a breeze. Upon arrival to condo, was very clean and well equiped. Had one issue with the shower not working, contacted Matt and Shu and they got someone right on it! The owners were very responsive to any trouble/questions while we were staying at the condo. Location was perfect-directly across the street from some of the best swimming beaches in Maui. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach: beach towels small cooler beach chairs boogie board We enjoyed staying in this home away from home and will highly recommend to friends and family. We will definately stay again if we travel to Maui in the future. Thank you Matt and Shu!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We have been to Maui three times now and each time is better. Shu and Matt your condo is lovely and clean. It is a condo you can actually live in. We loved the patio and the nightly ritual with the neighbors. You have an awesome location and it is very quiet and relaxing. The pools and hots were an added bonus. We will definitely stay with you again if you have openings. And fellow renter the pictures do not do the property justice. It is much nicer in person. Thank you for adding to our Maui experience. Hi Matt & Shu, Your condo was lovely and clean. You have some awesome owner neighbors. Eugene from next door came over because he want to meet the new owners but we said we were not Shu & Matt. My husband and two sons (17 and 20 yrs) stayed at the condo over Christmas 2012. The location was fantastic. We LOVED being able to hang out on the lanai after a day at the beach or sightseeing and watching the sunsets. We even saw whales one evening! The master bed was very comfortable. The sightseeing books were a great resource. The beach towels and chairs were well used! Everything was very easy and straight forward from beginning to end. Suggestions for future: have more dish towels (both for washing and drying available) there were only two and we used the kitchen alot; have more clothes washer soap (there were only two tablets and we went and bought more that we left in the condo for future users). We also had to buy a bigger frying pan that we left there. The two tiny fry pans made it very difficult to do bacon and eggs for all of us in the morning without it taking a LONG time! (which delayed our trips to the beach), so we broke down and bought the fry pan! Minor things. We had the best holiday we've had in 10 years! Thank-you and we look forward to being back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

It was a great pleasure to sneak in a bit more sun, snorkle with sea turtles, swim in the pool, enjoy the wonderful sunsets, and explore Maui for the first time...All of this from the perfect spot, H105... The property was in the perfect location. Easy access to the northwest coast as a day trip, daily outings to a number of beaches great for the entire family, access to the beautiful grounds, and further opportunites that we will have to explore on our next visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Matt and Shu ('Sue') live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy the warm and sunny Maui weather as a break from the cloudy weather back home. We're both software geeks. We're avid hikers and snokelers, so if you are looking for great places to hike or snorkel in Maui let us know. We've worked very hard on our condo to get it updated/remodeled, keep it clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Maui.

We have the latest high speed internet and latest wireless routers setup for great internet access - at no additional charge. Also includes one parking stall near the unit entrance.
