  Spacious and very comfortable. With cable TV, internet service and all the appliances you would need. All new, clean and well decorated. Terrific manager that's just a call away if you need anything. . Great pool. Walking distance to dining and beaches! Great for vacationers of all ages. Much more accomodating than a hotel room. It's like having your own "home" away from home. This helped make our vacation in Rincon so very unforgettable.

  Always vacationed in Mexico but had heard from a travel agent friend about Rincon, PR. WOW, glad I came. Stayed in Ocean Terrace 201 in the Point neighborhood. Very enjoyable from the time we drove through the remote controlled gate until we closed it for the final time after a wonderful week. Great sitting on the deck, nice pool below (perfect size to cool off) and even bathrooms next to the pool! Bed was very comfortable (everything looks pretty new). Property appears well groomed. Right acroos the street from Sandy Beach (surfers, boogie boarding and sun). Would recommend the Tamboo Beach Rest.very highly. Actually there were a number of fine dining (and drinking ) locations very close. The Pool Bar (Sushi), The Red Flamboyan (great seafood and one heck of a specialty drink <same name>) The condo was surpisingly clean, great blender, lots of closet space. lots of TV stations (though took awhile to find the english ones) and didn't watch much TV anyway. Was really a great place. A very easy location to explore from as well. There are a number of small intimate beaches (Pool Beach, Dome Beach) very close and yet we felt we were away from all the hub- bub. There were actually cows and horses in the fields along the road to the condo that I walked every morning! A country feel. My wife and I will defintely be going back to Rincon and to the Ocean Terrace.

  I stayed here for a week with family, it was perfect - great location for a fun and relaxing vacation. The pool was so nice and the beach was right there. We accessed the beach through Tamboo which has the friendliest bar tendars, by far the best beach bar. The condo is beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable. So much to do - enjoy delicious food at nearby restaurants and cafes (in walking distance!), explore the beautiful scenery and coast, shop at local vendors, snorkeling, excursions, swim or surf. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had such a wonderful time with my family and can't wait to go back!!

  Rincon - Sandy Beach - in August is a beautiful, quiet, tropical village with gentle waves, clean beaches, and no reservations required for dinner. We were the only guests in the 3 bedroom, 6 unit, brand new, Ocean Terrace Condos. 100 ft from the beach, fully furnished with new furniture, a full kitchen, towels, A/C and overhead fans, beach towels and chairs, WiFi and full channel cable TV, a washer/dryer. All the appliances are brand new. A small pool welcomed us back from the beach to wash the sand and cool us down and there’s ample parking in the back of the building complex. The facility was spotless, and the management was attentive. A small supply shop across the street kept the milk, OJ and beer on hand. Easy to get to the local grocery stores in town and great bakeries up the main road. Two thatched hut restaurants, Tamboo Tavern and Casa Islena, were walking distance for afternoon Cuba Libres. Sandy Beach, right in front of the condo, was great for shells and seaglass collecting in the cooler early mornings and later afternoons. Snorkeling in the gentle shallows 20 ft off Steps Beach, a five minute drive, made way for beautiful sites of delicate fan and brain and coral and the multi colored fish that inhabited the reef. Morning horseback riding with Pintos-R-Us along the beaches around the old Spanish wall. The local jungle and fauna and the coqui frog symphonies at night. Looking forward to returning with family and friends. We heard the community grows in Winter when the surf is high, but in Summer, it's a Jimmy Buffet slow "Margharita Ville"; great for kids and parents who are looking for a quiet place to hang.

  Stayed in this condo for a week in June with my family. It had everything that we needed. Beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sandy Beach and so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed, beach chairs, beach towels and a full kitchen. I am very picky about cleaning and I have to say this condo was immaculate, everything was new and clean. Loved it! Hope to go back very soon.

  Went with my family over July 4th. The condo was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable! Beach was just seconds away and the pool was lovely. We were surprised how many gourmet dining choices there were within walking distance. One of the best breakfast restaurants( English Rose) and coffee/internet bars( Banana dangs) I have ever experienced...but need to drive to. Found well know LOCAL waterfalls- about an hour drive but well worth it. We will be back!!
