Charming, well appointed villa in Baytree community of Vero Beach. Villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, two bath unit with three courtyards and your own private heated pool. Every room opens on to a courtyard keeping the space light and airy with outside dining areas. There is a third room (the sun room) with a full size Murphy bed that can be used as a third bedroom if needed. The entire villa has a sophisticated yet relaxed look and feel. Decorated in neutral tones with hints of color and surrounded by lush gardens, it lends an air of a tropical paradise.
It features 2 bedrooms, with queen sized beds, two full baths and generous closets. There’s also a large kitchen with a breakfast area furnished with a generous oversized table that can seat 10, a living room and a dining room. The spacious kitchen which is fully outfitted for the gourmet cook includes a microwave and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer is also located in kitchen. Two car garage. Plenty of plush towels, sheets, blankets, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Large flat screen TV with cable and internet.
The villa’s pool is heated and the terrace is south facing lending itself to a very sunny private courtyard; well appointed with chaises, umbrellas and a dining area.
There are four additional community pools of which two are a minute walk from this villa. The first is a beautiful, heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean and beach which is a minute walk across the street. The other is located at the clubhouse (on same side as A1A) featuring an exercise room, clay tennis courts, heated pool and library. All amenities are available to renters and guests.
The villa is conveniently located near downtown Vero Beach. The town offers fine restaurants, boutique shopping, golf, bike and kayak rentals, marinas, cinemas, theaters and more.

We purchased this property from our friends who loved Baytree so much they purchased a larger home down the street. This villa has been completely redecorated in the last two years by my decorator friend and me.
