Deposit: A 3-night deposit is due within 1 week of making the reservation. Full payment is due 30-days prior to arrival for low season, and 60-days prior for high season.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $100 cancel fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless property is re-rented.
