Welcome to the best location White Sands Village has to offer. This premium unit is located on the 2nd floor & faces DIRECTLY towards Magic Sands Beach.
This amazing corner unit has a massive wrap around lanai with incredible views.

Unit#213 has 1020 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! New Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the living room. Ceramic tile in the bedrooms! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 2 vehicles!

This one of a kind unit features a Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twins in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped REMODELED KITCHEN with bar stools & a full sized indoor dining table to enjoy your meals. Care to hear the waves while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee?! Outdoor table & Lounge chairs on the large lanai as well! NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOMS COMPLETED IN DECEMBER 2023!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts/PICKLEBALL COURT! Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

There is no Air Conditioning in this unit.

**NO RESERVATIONS PERMITTED MORE THAN 30 NIGHTS WITHOUT THE OWNERS CONSENT.**

**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management**

We have really good vacation at this room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally good condition at this stay. The ocean view is very beautiful and good restaurant is near by hotel.(5min walking.) We had a key trouble during this stay. However, we had kindness support from hotel’s staff. The trouble was solved really quickly. We’d like to stay here again, absolutely!!

Kona offers wonderful nearby beaches and restaurants and White Sands puts you right in the middle of so many attractions! The condo is spacious and well equipped for your stay and has an amazing wrap around balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and beach! We could not have had a better place or time. Thank you!

Perfect place on the beach!

This property was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to multiple beaches and snorkeling spots as well as shopping. My family and I loved staying here!

1st Hawaii Trip

Perfect location and has an awesome view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items you'd need on vacation (not food). I would stay here again for sure!

Great Location

We loved the lanai and the view and walking across to the beach was a highlight. Appreciated the boogie boards that we could use and some other beach supplies. The pool was also great! We had a fabulous time!

A great spot on the Kailua-Kona Coast

We loved our stay at the Surf Rider condo! The check-in was easy and the property matched the description exactly. It's located right across the road from Magic Sands beach, which is great for swimming and boogie boarding, and just a mile from the best snorkeling beach on the coast at Kahalu'u Beach. It's a corner unit so it has a huge lanai with a great view, and also right across the street from Magics Restaurant, where we had a great meal on our last night. The property was very clean with lots of beach gear. Can't wait to come back!

Everything went well with are condo. The rap around porch was great and the little cooler came in handy with the ice packs in the freezer. Plenty of room with great sunsets at night. The was a little too firm but okay. A little noisy on the street but that was expected. I would definitely recommend the place.

Good family vacation unit

Overtall was a good location with great beach views, noisy at times but also fun to view the beach activities. The unit itself need updating, the quality of the basic amenities was not as expected, in short, a critical look at the unit with some basic upgrades would make a big difference

City life in Kona

Loved our stay. Kitchen had basics plus lots of cooking utensils (need an ice cream scoop). Pool, sauna, and ocean across the street as advertised. Condo comfortable and even luxurious with two bathrooms. Very loud vehicles and music well after midnight especially on weekends. View from the lanai is the best part of tthe place!
