Terms:
5 night minimum (7 nights for Christmas and New Year's weeks; 10 nights Sundance); prefer check in/out on Saturdays; $125 non-refundable cleaning fee on all bookings. Add 10.35% lodging tax. $300 deposit and half the payment is due at time of booking. Remaining 50% due 45 days prior to check in. Deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after check out. |
