Great beaches within 100 yards. Excellent restaurants within minutes. 45 minutes to shopping in historic Charleston, South Carolina. Bike rentals and boat charters available on the island, 3 minutes away. Newly remodeled golf course with great restaurant 3 minutes away.
The upper floor includes the main kitchen,screened-in porch, very large family room, large living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
This area is connected by INSIDE stairs to the ground level that includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a small den and a small kitchen. The ground level walks out to the pool.
Maximum occupants is 15.
