Well appointed 3500 square foot house on Atlantic Coast barrier island with private in-ground pool. You will find books, spices; all you need to make the vacation easy. HUGE great room and kitchen area conducive to family dinners. Plenty of room for all to get together plus lots of space for slipping off for a nap or some quiet time with a great book. Great beaches within 100 yards. Excellent restaurants within minutes. 45 minutes to shopping in historic Charleston, South Carolina. Bike rentals and boat charters available on the island, 3 minutes away. Newly remodeled golf course with great restaurant 3 minutes away.
The upper floor includes the main kitchen,screened-in porch, very large family room, large living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
This area is connected by INSIDE stairs to the ground level that includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a small den and a small kitchen. The ground level walks out to the pool.
Maximum occupants is 15.

We stayed at this rental with two other families, there were 15 of us total and we had PLENTy of room. The home is well care for and furnished to suit any vacationers needs. The photos do NOT do this place justice it is HUGE on the inside and the great room is where we spent a lot of time. The screened in porch area was awesome the day that it rained and we needed a place to hang out without feeling couped up. The private pool was the draw for us to this rental (as we have younger thru teenaged children) and it did not disappoint. The owner was UNBELIEVEABLE to work with. Very professional and timely and accomodating. We are planning on going back next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

If you are even considering this house to rent...DO IT! 13 of us went there for Spring Break and it was MORE than spacious. The bedroom set up was perfect and the living areas are huge. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool is much larger than it looks in the picture. The cabinets are WELL stocked with spices too. Owner is a dream to work with. We had a great week!!
