With a fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious king-size bed, and spacious wrap-around decks on both floors (hammock included!), Just Enough provides the ideal base for exploring the island of St. John. Located ten to fifteen minutes from both North and South Shore Beaches and trails, swimming, snorkeling, and hiking opportunities abound. A variety of restaurants, shops, and bars are less than half mile away in Coral Bay, and the bustling nightlife and shopping of downtown Cruz Bay can be reached in 25 minutes. New Moon, a cottage also on the property, can be rented additionally for larger parties.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Off-Season(Apr 16-Dec 14):$1,000/wk. In-Season (Dec 15-Apr 15): $1,400/wk
4 night minimum. Reservations by telephone required.
A check for 50% of total rental fee due upon booking. Balance due 30 days before
arrival. Full refund, less 20% handling fee, for cancellations received up to 60
days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival unless
we can rebook your time slot. Please inquire as to pricing to rent New Moon on
the property as well, for larger parties.

Why the Owner Chose Coral Bay
St. John is a wonderful island with so much to offer (including a U.S. national park and national marine sanctuary!). Being *water people* we love the snorkeling and diving all around us. Sailing in the Virgin Islands is also great - we enjoy day sails and overnight trips all over the US and British Virgin Islands from Coral Bay. And hiking in the national park is beautiful - the Johnny Horn trail is within walking distance of our house.

We (the owners Tim & Jane) finished building Just Enough in 2004. The lot was hand cleared in order to retain as much natural vegetation as possible. In addition to building the entire house himself, owner/cabinetmaker Tim handbuilt all of the beautiful mahogany cabinets, as well as the unique coffee table and side tables throughout the house. While we love St John (and Coral Bay in particular) we decided to go cruising in our sailboat to check out other parts of the world. Until we return, we hope you will enjoy staying at our home and exploring the island of St. John!
