  My wife and 20 months old son had a lovely stay in Elua village 1309. The little man slept in the closet (in a pack and play), which had plenty of space. For me a holiday is only a true holiday when my kid is having a great time, and he LOVED it! The beach is absolutely gorgeous and not too busy at all. There is also a great snorkeling reef right on this beach, which has fantastic wildlife including plenty of sea turtles. The owners were also extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. Many thanks for sharing your little gem in Wailea.

  It is a long tiring journey to Maui with a stop over in Los Angeles. It is very worthwhile. This time we have had a lovely 4 weeks in this nice apartment. We hope to come back again.   This was about our 33rd time to Maui. We've stayed in just about all the hotels and condos ( Elua, Ekahi, Polo Beach, Makena Surf, Kea Lani). The location of the condo was really excellent as advertised. Unfortunately, the unit seemed rather run-down and was infested with ants. I know that it's a tropical setting but this was a true invasion and had the management company out 3 times. Couldn't leave any food or toiletries out at all, as the kitchen and the bathroom were the worst areas. The convertible sofa mattress had springs showing through the underside, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and the service repairman said it was poorly installed, the internet didn't work for 4 days (probably not the condo's fault) and we had to light candles to mask the musty smell. The wallpaper is old and showing wear and the entire unit had an unclean feel to it. I'm sorry, but I don't see how the previous comments reflect the condo UNLESS there has been a recent change in management companies and care is falling off rapidly. It's unfortunate, but we never felt at home in the unit. On the other hand, my conversations with the owner were very cordial and he seems like a very warm person.

The condo has just finished undergoing a full update with all new kitchen appliances, new couches, new bed and bedding and has been completely painted.   This is our first trip to Maui and we could not have asked for a better experience. Your beautiful condo provided us with everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. Our daughter love the quick jaunt the beach and pools. a water girl has been created! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

  Wow, what an amazing place and so beyond our expectations. My husband and I enjoyed every square inch of this beautiful place and can not wait to come back. We will bring our family next time since they need to see this for themselves. Thank you for a fabulous 5 days.
