Why the Owner Chose Elua Village
We first came to Maui in 1969 and have been back every year since. In the late 1980's we discovered Elua Village and always wanted to buy one of the only two prime ocean front ground floor one bedroom units at the Village. At last in 1995 one came on the market and we grabbed it. It truly is the BEST OF THE BEST since you do not have to climb a steep hill like most of the other condominiums or hike around to the back and climb stairs to get to a second floor unit. Just step out our front door and you are in Paradise!

We first came to Maui 40 years ago for their honeymoon and have been coming back every year since. They bought their lovely Condominium 1309 in 1995 and have decorated it as their second home with every creature feature imaginable. The condo now serves as home base for family vacations with their three children and four grandchildren. Their condo is truly unique in that it is one of only two prime ocean front one bedroom condos at the Village with their front yard the #1 BEACH in the WORLD according to Conde Nast Traveller. Karen and Ted have now opened up their condo to guests and it is one of the most coveted and sought after condo in Hawaii. At their owner's direct rate it is the lowest priced prime ocean front one bedroom unit at the Village. Paradise is waiting!

Just another wonderful moment in time that we shared here in Maui, Thank you . There is a part of my heart that is complete while I'm here in Hawaii and I can't wait until the next time I can visit again. This was the second year for my two year old daughter and I think she was in heaven! We swam non stop the entire week. Thank you and instead of goodbye I'll say till next time!

We had such a wonderful stay again in your cozy condo in Paradise. Truly a zillion dollar view with lots of whales, unobstructed gorgeous sunsets, chirping geckos, franklin Grouse, lush grounds...Mahalo for sharing your Hawaiian home! We always come back to Wailea and 1309 is our first choice. Karen, you are a very talented lady , wonderful paintings, custom pillows, great new lanai furniture...Can't thank you and Ted enough! We hope we are blessed to return again next year. Mahalo and best wishes.
