South Shore Villas is the newest condominium complex on the grandstrand. It is a state of the art building with glass elevators and a parking deck located on the first four floors to add convenience to getting to the condominium. There are only 63 units in the complex so no worries of over crowded pools or beach.
The four bedroom, three bath, smoke-free penthouse condominium has 2000+ square feet and a 225 square foot balcony. The condominium has every upgrade imaginable, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms and carpet in the living room and bedrooms.
We also have a 4 bedroom 4 bath on the 5th floor with 2000+ square feet also and a large arched patio. The penthouse and the fifth floor condo have all the same upgrades and are both pictured on the website. We furnished the condos with the same furniture for both. Both condos were professionally decorated.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and entry onto the balcony. The master bathroom has jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a double vanity for added convenience. The second bedroom has a king bed, the third has a 2 queen beds and fourth bedroom has two double (2 queens in fifth floor unit) beds. All the bedrooms have cable TV and VCR's or DVD's.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven with radiant cooktops, solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with barstools and a pantry for extra storage. The extra large washer and dryer are located across from the kitchen.
All rooms are adorned with brand-new furniture and the unit is professionally decorated.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool spa, Lazy River and exercise/fitness room.
