Kauai getaway with ocean view just steps from the beach!!
Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have three studio condos for rent located in the beachfront complex Islander On The Beach in Kapaa, Hawaii. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each Condo features a balcony or lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and ocean views and each are only a few strides away from a private beach.
Each unit has been renovated as of January 2005 and features all necessary linens, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and granite countertops. Units #319 and #115 feature two full size beds. Unit #160 has one queen size bed and one couch that pulls out to a full size bed. Other amenities include: Travertine stone flooring throughout, a 27-inch flat screen TV with cable, Sony stereo (with iPod dock), air conditioning, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, island-style furnishings and Hawaiian artwork. Telephone and wireless Internet access are also available in the lobby. Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki hut bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry facilities on-site for your convenience.
Centrally located in the town of Kapaa, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre.
Note: Our units rent for approximately $230-$270/night when booked through the on-site property management.
