"LUXURIOUS GULF FRONT BEACH HOME" This "Ila Sea" beach home is located in private Chivas Bluff Estates just off of County Hwy. 30A in South Walton County and near Seaside and Watercolor Resorts.
The views are incredible and the furnishings are fabulous. "Ila Sea" offers bunks (in their own private alcoves to assure privacy) off two of the king bedrooms, and plenty of space for adults and children to find their own preferred spaces. Visit owners website below for floor plans. A recently air conditioned area adds more private space for children or adults when ever the weather is too wet to play outdoors.
This home is the "FINEST" gulf front beach home and offers as many bedrooms found ANYWHERE on the gulf coast. Ila Sea boasts a private elevator, a private heated gulf front pool, and a separate Carriage House with kitchen. Each bedroom has a TV and VCR or DVD and a private bath.
There are two master suites with whirlpools and bidets. You will find 3 refrigerators, 3 washers and 3 dryers, separate icemaker and a fully stocked kitchen for large groups. You will have your own private beach walkover and the beach is very private with no highrise buildings near by.
Enjoy 10 bedrooms and 10 1/2 baths and sleep up to 30 people. Some of the amenties include Sony Play Sation 2, computer station, sub-zero refrigerator, big-screen TV, DVD's, 3 dishwashers, separate icemaker, travertine floors, 10 feet ceilings. Daily beach chair and umbrealla service is provided plus a mid week clean.
