Fantastic Location

La Tranche-sur-Mer is a lovely place to spend a week and this property is a great base to get to the beach and local amenities. It’s a basic property but the location more than makes up for that. Would definitely return - comms with the owner and local manager were always easy and responses always helpful.

Nice villa in a convenient location

The property is perfectly located and we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing break here in July. Just 5mins walk from the beach and close to local amenities, in a quiet street in an equally quiet town. This is a nice property, well equipped for a family. Ideal for a basic self-catering holiday, although the kitchen was on the small side it still had a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and small oven. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was adequate storage for the 3 of us. The rear bedroom leads out onto the patio which was nice in the mornings. Television with French programmes and a DVD player was useful in the evening. There is was also a stereo system which we didn't use. There's a large patio area to the rear with table and chairs for 6 people and adequate space to dry clothes on the airer.

Un séjour idéal

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale dans une maison en tous points conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. Propre, bien située (plages et commerces accessibles à pied facilement), et bien équipée, la maison de vacances conviviale parfaite en somme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
