This beautiful, four bedroom, three and a half bath home is right on the lake! Come any time of year and see breathtaking sunsets, walk the beach, or sit on the deck enjoying the lake breeze.
This home is fully-equipped (including linens) and ready for your relaxation. The downstairs is a bright open floor plan with fireplace, perfect for families or groups of friends. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck which has a state of the art gas grill. There are two sitting areas and a large eat in kitchen overlooking the lake. Kithcen and appliances are brand new in 2007.
Upstairs is a quiet retreat with two beautiful bedrooms facing the lake (one king and one queen)and two additional bedrooms and two full baths. There is something wonderful about falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the water. There is a cozy screened-in area on the back with additional space. Many people come and seldom leave the lake. You can spend the day on the deck overlooking the lake or take a few steps down to your own private beach.
This home is perfect for quiet relaxation, reading, and doing nothing at all! And it is great for sightseeing and exploring Lake County and Amish Country. We have everything from live theatre to family-oriented activities at Geneva-On-the-Lake. Enjoy historic Madison Village and several local wineries. There is something for everyone. Bring your bike or your kayak or your boat. A marina is nearby. We have several golf courses and riding stables. And Cleveland is just an hour drive to enjoy museums, baseball, and more great sights.

What a treat to rent a house so complete with furniture, dishes, comfotable beds, equipped kitchen and even games and books. Everyone had a great time- the lake never changes

Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your wonderful beautiful home. The kitchen remodeling and new floor are awesome. The lake stayed calm most of the week but not too much sun. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year. We visited President garfield's home and really enjoyed it. We went to dinner at Pickle Bills, Lakefront restaurant in Geneva and the Wagon Wheel, all excellent.

We are back for a second year at our favorite summer vacation spot. The grandkids wanted to come back and we were very happy to oblige them. We all love it here no matter what the weather. The new kitchen is beautiful as is the new flooring. See you next summer!

We enjoyed a week here last year with our children and grandchildren. The house and property are outstanding. It is better than anything we have rented before. We are coming back for a second time this year. 5 stars.
