This sweet two bedroom (with one of the bedrooms being open, but closed off from the first bedroom for privacy) is located in gorgeous, green Los Feliz. The unit has a washer and dryer, Cable/HD TV, Wireless Cable, and a full kitchen including an eating area. The apartment (located in a triplex) has an assigned parking spot (although a large truck will not get through driveway) and a very large shared deck (6 person Jacuzzi, 2 BBQ's and large deck overlooking the city) are all located behind a secured gate. This two bedroom apartment (with a queen and double bed) is a modestly comfortable, clean unit. This unit is perfect for a party of two. Note the unit is to the side of the driveway and has not views. All linens (thick threaded sheets), cooking utensils, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and so much more are included.

It is located in a very safe and desirable neighborhood within Los Feliz; perfect for your vacation or business trip. The neighborhood and location could not be better. Everyone also comments on this sweet apartment for it's uncommon value for it's money.

Located below the Griffith Park Observatory. Bustling Vermont Street is minutes away. It has tons of restaurants and pubs and also a movie theater. The main entrance to Griffith Park is only a few minutes away when you drive. It has pony rides and train rides, a carousel, the LA Zoo, and a children's park that is huge. Studio City is a 15 minute car ride and the famous "Hollywood and Vine" and Walk of Fame is also a 10 minute drive away. Look no further for the perfect pad for your trip to Los Angeles.

June, July & August: $120/nt, $840wk.
(4 nt minimum; unless end or beginning of existing booking)
ADDITIONAL 14% hotel tax will be added.
A $200 deposit is required of which a $65 cleaning fee is deducted.
$80 special per night (Septmember 4th - 11th)

I have owned my triplex in green Los Feliz for four years. I turned the building into vacation rental two years ago. I love my job which is making sure that the building is maintained and all units are very comfortable for my guests. Nothing makes me happier when my guests love their accommodations and have a stress free holiday. I look forward to helping your stay in Los Angeles wonderful. My home is your home and I welcome your family and friends.

Why the Owner Chose Los Angeles

I purchased my home in Los Feliz for is many reasons. The area is central to the heart of LA/Hollywood. The neighborhood feels like you are in suburbs because of the green trees and well maintained homes, but you are in the city and all that is has to offer. Additionally, my triplex is in a very safe neighborhood.
