Charming home located on the 17th fairway of the award winning Ocean Creek Golf Course. Relax on the large screened porch with a perfect view of the lagoon and golf course. The home is centrally located on the island and is just a few minutes via our complimentary golf cart from the Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Love playground, Beach Club, Tennis Center, Cabana Club, Activities Center, crabbing dock, and the Marina. Bike ride with your kids to the Davis Love Playground or hop on the golf cart and head over to the beach, Beach Club, or the kid’s favorite, the Cabana Club.

This three bedroom and three bathroom home is immaculate and comfortable. The open living area is perfect for relaxing with your friends and family. Three bedrooms and three baths afford enough privacy for everyone. The huge master bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious bath with jetted tub. One of the guest rooms features two twin beds and a glass shower with two shower heads. The other guest room has two queen-size beds and a full-size bath. All bedrooms have screened doors which open to private balconies. Newly painted inside and outside November 2011.

Fripp Island has three and half miles of beach and unspoiled nature. You are sure to discover deer, alligators, osprey, heron, egrets, and dolphins. A visit to nearby Hunting Island State Park is a must! During the summer children ages 3 - 12 will love Camp Fripp with different planned activities each day. Adults will love Kid’s Night Out. Fripp resort offers a full schedule of social, nature and teen programs. Beaufort is only a 25 minute drive.

We love spending time at the beach with our family and friends. We live in Atlanta and Fripp is a wonderful escape from the city. Fripp Island is the perfect beach getaway. There is no place like Fripp Island!

House is very clean and comfortable. Owners are very easy to work with and prompt in communication. There were lots of books, games, movies, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped - I had no trouble finding pots, pans, bakeware, etc. I recommend this property.

What a magical place! Beach every morning, deer encounters on our bikes every afternoon. The full moon was the frosting on the cake. Thank you for thinking of all the extras, great towels, fun bikes, golf cart. Each made the week so much more enjoyable.

This was our 2nd year staying on Fripp and at your house. The house had the perfect location, 5 minute bike ride to the Cabana Club and 5 minutes to the tennis courts. View from the Cabana Club to the ocean is worth staying all day, and the Ocean Creek golf course is in the backyard of the house. Every day was pure relaxation and going back home for school is the hardest part. Thank you for a great get-away and a great house.

We loved your place on Fripp. We had such a relaxing vacation . . . Loved the jumping mullet, what a treat. Your place is very comfortable. We saw so many deer we lost count. The alligator didn't come close. The golf cart was very fun!! a great way to see the island. The beach was beautiful. We had great weather. Looking forward to our hopeful return.

Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us. Your could not have been anymore comfortable or cozy. The beach is glorious. Our favorite was watching the sunset at the Cabana Club. The deer and hermit crabs made us feel at home with nature.

Thanks so much for sharing your special home. We had a fantastic time with beautiful weather. We enjoyed the golf cart, biking, swimming at the Cabana Club, the beach, and dinner at the Bonito Boathouse. Saw lots of deer but only a brief glimpse of a baby alligator. What a treat!

We loved girls weekend at Fripp! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your special place. We enjoyed shopping in Beaufort and were delighted to learn this was the weekend for "Fall Tour of Homes and Gardens." We took the candlelight tour on Friday evening. Oh, we also enjoyed the carriage ride. The tomato basil soup at Boondocks was awesome. Although tempted we did not feed the many deer who visited but did enjoy watching the hawk "pickup" his breakfast from the lagoon. We hope to return annually and want to stay a whole week.
