This is a beautiful, four bedroom, two bath home. It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). There is a new Private, Heated POOL which was built in 2006. Turn on the pool lights and take a midnight swim or have a cocktail while relaxing in the Private HOT TUB. There is a wonderful view of the stars from the Hot Tub which sits on a newly built back deck. All new decking built for the 2008 season. New living room furniture added for the 2009 season. Your just a few seconds from the lake. Open up the front door, take a look to your right and there it is. Brand new outside grill for your barbeque pleasure. Its out by the pool so dad can cook while watching mom and the kids have fun. This beach house has an outside shower which is my favorite feature. There is nothing quite like showering while outside. Smell the clean beach air and watch the sun begin to set, all while you shower. Its AMAZING.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have cable TV. The main living area has cable, VCR and DVD. The children's room has cable and a DVD player. There are plenty of movies to keep you and the kids entertained. Ceiling Fans throughout the residence and the Central Air Conditioning keeps the entire home cool.
Just two minutes drive from miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and movie theater. Plenty of movies, books, magazines, and games provided at the residence to be used for your enjoyment. Excellent year round fishing and crabbing (Blue Claw).
Bring your four-wheelers because five minutes northeast of this beach cottage there's a four-wheel-drive (4WD) section. Experience the Outer Banks in her purest form. Watch wild horses graze while you fish and picnic. This truly is a spectacular site to see.
Check in is Saturday after 4PM. Check out is Saturday before 10 AM. NO PETS ALLOWED.
