This charming, duplex apartment situated in the historic center of Rome is located in the most characteristic neighborhood. It is within walking distance to all the historic sites: Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Pantheon, and Via dei Coronari (famous for its antiques). Plenty of restaurants, many of which are reasonably priced, food shops, open air markets, and famous shopping streets are only a few steps away.
By renting your own apartment in the center of this unique city you will feel very much part of Rome as you right in the middle where many Romans live, eat, and shop. If you decide to cook for yourself you will get to know the Romans better, especially if you speak some Italian, if not, you will find that the Romans are most helpful in trying to understand your needs.
ROME offers everything and most guests arrive with their tourist guides and are able to visit the most important sites in one week. Many guests decide to visit the small towns in the Castelli Romani, the ruins of Hadrian's Villa, the garden of Villa d'Este at Tivoli, and Castel Gandolfo (the Pope's summer residence) on day tours. Many outdoor markets (including antique fairs) takes place in Rome especially during Spring whereas the summer evenings offer a variety of outside activities including concerts, operas, and festivals.
The Apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and has beamed ceilings. Pets are NOT allowed. Ground floor: Living/dining room with fireplace and kitchenette with all kitchen ware. A counter separates the living area from the kitchen. First floor: Bedroom with writing desk and bath with shower.
The apartment is located on a narrow and quiet street, pleasant after a full day of visiting the wonders of Rome. We are not a travel agency but a private owner and we take a special interest in our guests. Any needs that our guests might have we will try to satisfy, as we want people to return to BEAUTIFUL ROME.
