Year Purchased: 2002
My husband and I purchased our condo in 2002, one year after Grand Pointe was built. We have 3 children who have enjoyed many vacations here. Our oldest is 21 at LSU, our daughter is 17 and a senior in high school and our son is 14. We decided to do most of the artwork in our unit. We had to repaint after Ivan, so we decided this would be a fun project.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Pointe
First of all we chose Orange Beach because it was very family oriented, had great restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches without the traffic of Destin. Not only have we loved going, but our parents and friends enjoy going as well. Orange Beach and Grand Pointe have become a second home and we have no intention of leaving. When they say location, location, location...they are talking about Grand Point. It simply doesn't get any better!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy shopping and dining at San Roc Cay and The Wharf. We enjoy visiting Joe Patty's in Pensacola where the boats pull right up to the wharf and you are able to purchase the freshest seafood available. Bring it back to the condo and grill downstairs by the pool. The Zoo in Gulf Shores is a must see if you have kids or are just a kid at heart!

This was most likely my last vacation with my son before he enters the military. We did many things in Gulf Shores but always enjoyed our return to this condo for relaxing and away from the spring break crowds. Owners are a delight to deal with and was always there to answer questions when I called. Beautiful views of the Gulf and sitting in swing on the deck watching the boats leave the pass early in the morning was interesting to me while my family slept in. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orange Beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Balconey off of living and master bedroom is very large and swing is great for looking onto beach and ocean. Owners very easy to deal with and condo was clean, neat and updated. Would return to this unit again.

Have stayed in this condo, many times, best condo on the beach, lot to do, NAS Pensacola only fifteen minutes away, very nice place to visit, quite part of the beach, the pass from bay to gulf is something to see, charter and fun boats are all going from the bay to gulf all day long. Enough cooking gear, just like home. Don't miss out on this enique propety, you will think me for the info.

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked with all that we needed. Great location - quiet part of the beach, with great views. We will definitely be reserving it again in the near future.
