About this property

Relax at Izatys on Lake Mille Lacs in Spacious 3 BR Villa w/No Contact Check In

3 bedroom beach villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fully enclosed patio overlooks the lake that includes lawn chairs. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and mixer. Half bath and laundry complete the main floor. As always we use disinfecting cleaning products where possible.

Private master bedroom & bath with deck, 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with linens and towels that are washed in scent free detergent. Two parking spots outside the villa. Sorry no pets or smoking.

Bring your own charcoal to grill. Enjoy all the area has to offer, fully updated clubhouse/restaurant, pool, golf course and marina, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.

PLEASE SHARE WITH US INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GROUP AND WHAT BRINGS YOU TO MILLE LACS LAKE.

Based on the amount of time we need to allow for cleaning between renters we will consider adjusting the check in and/or check out time on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee of $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out for a 2 hour adjustment.

We give all the codes and passwords the morning of the rental. There is a map of Izatys in the photo
gallery that shows where the beach villas are.

Great time!
Nice place with a great view. Comfortable accommodations with a patio and deck. Fun golf course, nice pool along with restaurants and ATV trails nearby. We had a great time!

Beautiful location
This was a great villa that worked very well for our family. It was very clean, had all the essential furnishings needed, and had a great view of Mille Lacs Lake. The enclosed patio was awesome and the shared firepits were a great place to enjoy the views! Ronald was a very responsive host when we had questions too! Highly recommend staying at this villa.

It was a very quiet and peaceful are. Short walk to the pool, great pool. The beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was our happy place!

Right on the lake and a fire pit stocked with wood. Very awesome time and great for adults and kids. Definitely gonna try and go next year.

Nice spot on the lake
The views were great, there is a nice restaurant (and pool) a few minutes walk away, it's convenient to nearby towns and it worked perfectly for me.
