This charming cottage with a lighthouse looking top is located right on the water in Kent Island, 5 minutes from Chesapeake Bay Bridge, on a half acre of land. The cottage has its own private beach which adjoins the community beach area (boat dock, picnic area, swimming).
You have 180 degrees of wonderful views of the water from sliding glass doors that wrap the entire front and sides of the cottage. The front room or family room is very spacious and great for relaxation or entertaining. The lighthouse top is also a bedroom or bedroom office with sliding windows that wrap completely around with 360 degree views.
