Our Villa is located on the water in the heart of Treasure Cay (Airport code TCB) on Abaco island. We are 25 miles from the large town of Marsh Harbour (Airport code MHH). Our rental is a charming private villa with complimentary boat slips.
VILLA & BOAT SLIPS: We have 3 sixty foot long docks which are perfect for your personal boat or a rental from the local Marina. You can boat over from Florida in the morning and arrive in the afternoon! The docks are also perfect for fishing and swimming with the children or just enjoying a picnic dinner under the Gazebo with a beautiful view of our crystal blue waters. There are no stairs to climb and the villa has two bedrooms with two full baths just off of each bedroom. We have a spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with newly tiled floors. Villas all have private shaded decks with outdoor furniture and an outside shower for washing out the beach sand. We have a full time Massage Therapist and Baby-Sitting services on the property full time as well as a local Doctor who lives in one of our other Villas. An 'ASA' approved sailing instructor who offers both Instruction and personalized Sailing Charters keeps his 41' Sailboat with us full time as well.
THINGS TO DO: You’re only a two minute walk away from Treasure Cay Beach with the famous Coco Beach Bar, one of the top 10 beaches in the world, or two minutes in the other direction to Spinnaker's Restaurant and the Tipsy Marina Bar with Pool. Less than 1/2 mile away is the Professionally designed Dick Wilson Golf Course or try scuba diving with lessons available from beginner to expert. Treasure Divers will take you to some excellent scuba spots or even a snorkeling trip. Explore the Blue Holes of Abaco while you're here and cool-off in the freshwater 'upper layer' while the expert cave divers descend three hundred feet below. Or you can just relax by the Marina Pool and listen to the live Caribbean music at the Tipsy Bar. You don't even need a car! But if you feel the need for speed, golf carts are a preferred method of transportation. Car rentals are available as well for exploring the entire island.
We do have rollaway beds for children and small adults. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis.
FOOD: Shopping and grocery are a short walk away. Our local grocery store has everything that you need for a perfect island meal. Acceptable items to bring from the US include: frozen meats dried or canned foods, but no fresh dairy or fruit / vegetables
FLIGHTS: Regularly Scheduled Air Service from Florida is available through major carriers such as American Airlines (Eagle), United (Silver Airways), and Bahamasair. Smaller scheduled operators (AirGate, IBC travel, and Sky Bahamas) fly into Treasure or Marsh Harbour nonstop as well as other chartered air services. Call for any assistance.

I was looking for a getaway...and that's exactly what I got. It was very relaxing. The villa was very clean and comfortable. I didn't have a boat, but I could see where having the dock basically right outside the front door would be awesome. I didn't see a need for transportation, but if you want to get out to one of the other towns, you'll want wheels. The beaches are great, and the water is pretty shallow for quite a way. Even tho Hurricane Irene had just been thru the area a few weeks before I visited, there was very little indication of her visit...the villa property area was VERY well-kept and clean. It was neat watching all the curly-tailed lizards running around too! The villas are about a 2-3 minute walk from the main resort area where there's a small grocery store, cafe, restaurant, dive shop, and open air bar. Thursday nite is THE nite in this area...it's "Pizza Nite" and it's a huge event...you'll see everybody. Mike & Shawn were very helpful, as was the property management team....always checking to make sure things were good. The locals that I dealt with were very friendly as well.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This is our second time at Brigantine and it was even better than the first time. Due to some upgrades and extra touches we felt very comfortable. We would recommend the villas to all our friends. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful when recommending popular destinations to take our rental boat and we were able to dock our boat with ease right out our front door. We very much enjoyed pizza night (Thursday) at Spinnakers and there was a band playing easy listening type of music. We highly recommend boat rental (nearby marina) so to "island hop" and see all the beauty of the Abacos.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Villas were very well maintained and cozy, we spent lots of time sitting on the dock feeding the fish and relaxing. The area is quiet and great for getting away but also withing walking distance of plenty things to do, including several restaurants, bars and grocery stores for picking up essentials. The beaches couldn't possibly have been more beautiful; the water was crystal clear and the sand was super soft! We're already planning our next stay and can't wait to return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our stay was great! No problem docking the boat right in front of your villa. The villa and property was large so we could all get some quiet time when we felt like it. We spent many wonderful hours on the dock gazebos! The location is perfect! You are so close to the water. It was also very close to the supermarket so we could walk right over and get anything we needed without it being a hassle. We loved it because we were away from all the crowds at the other hotels and the beautiful beach is 3 miles long, so you can have your own space! So, if you like a more private feel this place is for you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Stayed with friends over a Thanksgiving break week and it was amazing. This place has the all best that the Bahamas has to offer. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and yet there is still plenty to do. Some of the highlights were: Amazing SCUBA diving-I've dove all over the world and the conditions around Treasure Cay can't be beat. Boated over to Guana Cay for an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. Visited most of the neighboring Cays to beach comb and island hop. Fished/Lobstered and everything was so easy given the easy access to everything. The best Conch salad I've ever had made fresh in front of me. Food overall on the Island was surprisingly great. Each day provided either another adventure or the opportunity to chill and there were enough night life spots to keep things fun in the evenings. The great thing about the Villas was the location, their overall condition and the atmosphere & layout of the place. I highly recommend them.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a GREAT time at Brigantine Bay Villas! We rented a boat and we were able to park it right in front of our villa. Everyday we unloaded our fish/lobster into the fish cleaning gazebos and straight to the grill! The villas were spacious and clean. The property was private and relaxing. We will definately come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had such a good time in Treasure Cay. The Villa was absolutley perfect and all we wanted. Very well maintained and the location was great. It was nice to have the boat dock on one side and across the street the pool and the beach! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced vacation in the fun and sun!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was my third visit back to Treasure Cay, there is no other vacation spot for my friends and myself. If you are looking for relaxation to the max, adventures on Abaco Island and partying at nite this is paradise.JC Boat rentals has great rates and seaworthly open fisherman boats for cool day trips to Guana cay,Marsh Harbor and Green Turtle cay with great fishing and diving along the way.The villas are clean and very comfortable and every one is super friendly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We couldn't have had a better time at Brigantine Bay. There were other guests staying on the property and we had an impromptu cook-out party. We kept our center console fishing boat right in front of our villa and it couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a 20min run to the Blue water and some of the best fishing ever. About the owner: Brigantine Bay Villas is strictly family run and operated for over twenty years. Retired Air Line Captain, Lee Roach founded the business back in 1989. He has recently re-retired and turned the operation over to his four children. Michael, the oldest son who is also an Air Line Pilot, is currently in charge of the day to day operation and his wife Shawn handles all of the bookings and scheduling. Shawn has been doing this for some years now and is very knowledgeable of the area. We have an on-site manager, Erica, who is a local Bahamian and lives in Treasure and will have our Villas opened and ready for your arrival as well as handle the cleaning services as needed. Detailed information is included once you arrive including on-site laundry services and other amenities.

While traveling by boat through the Abaco's many years ago, Lee and his family stumbled across Treasure Cay. They immediately fell in love with the beauty, personal feel, and friendliness of the local people. The marina and amenities are top notch and the beach is breath-taking. The location and proximity to Florida along with the airport just minutes away made purchasing a unique property such as Brigantine Bay Villas a must for Lee and his family. They have enjoyed it ever since and love sharing that same feel they first experienced with others that rent from them. One does not have to be a boat lover to rent one of our dock-front villas. Everything in Treasure Cay including the pristine beach and marina pool and bar, grocery store, and many other local stores are only a short walk. The vast majority of our renters are return customers.
