Located on the third hole of Osprey Point Golf Course, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house offers privacy, quiet and tranquil views of the everchanging marsh. This Five Star/Platinum rated luxury home was completed in Fall of 2005. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with it’s sunny breakfast nook is perfect for that first cup of coffee or a simple family dinner. For more formal dinners, the dining room can easily accommodate a large group. The house has MANY DECKS to choose from. Off the kitchen is a SCREENED PORCH for pleasant outdoor meals. You can sit in the rockers and take in the view of the green on the COVERED PORCH, while grilling your favorite meal. Behind the first floor master bedroom there is an OPEN PORCH with a pub table and chairs. The second floor family room leads to the ROOF TOP DECK. Entertaining is a pleasure. Relax and watch TV in the first floor livingroom with it's REMOTE CONTROLLED FIREPLACE and comfortable sectional seating. The floor plan is open and airy. The SECOND FAMILYROOM upstairs has a 42 inch HDTV, DVD and VCR and is perfect for viewing your favorite sporting event or keeping the kids occupied with a movie. The bedroom set up is PERFECT FOR 3 FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN OR 2 FOURSOMES OF GOLFERS. The FIRST FLOOR features a KING SIZE MASTER SUITE with a view of the green. Close by is a TWIN BEDROOM with attached showered bathroom. The SECOND FLOOR includes 2 MORE MASTER SUITES each with KING BEDS and DAYBEDS with TRUNDLES, allowing 4 people to each room. ALL BEDROOMS have attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable. Sorry Pets are not allowed. We THANK YOU in advance for not smoking. We are equipped with HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. We also have UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE, within the US. The five championship golf courses on Kiawah are consistently rated among the best in America. Pete Dye’s famous Ocean Course was the site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 2003 World Cup and hosted the 2007 Senior PGA Championship. Did you know Kiawah is also rated in the top 10 tennis resorts in the country? 11 miles of white sandy beach are only a short ride away (car or bike) and is among the most beautiful on the eastern seaboard.
