The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite counters and it’s sunny breakfast nook is perfect for that first cup of coffee or a simple family dinner. For more formal dinners, the recently updated dining room can easily accommodate a large group.
The house has MANY DECKS: a screened porch, a covered porch with grill, and two open decks (one is a rooftop deck) to view the golf course.
Relax and watch TV in the first floor livingroom with it's remote controlled FIREPLACE and comfortable sectional seating. The floor plan is open and airy. The SECOND FAMILYROOM upstairs has a 42 inch HDTV, DVD and VCR and is perfect for viewing your favorite sporting event or keeping the kids occupied with a movie.
The bedroom set up is PERFECT FOR 3 FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN OR 2 FOURSOMES OF GOLFERS. The FIRST FLOOR features a KING SIZE MASTER SUITE with tiled full bathroom. It has a beautiful view of the green. Close by is a TWIN BEDROOM with attached showered bathroom. The SECOND FLOOR includes 2 MORE MASTER SUITES each with KING BEDS and DAYBEDS with TRUNDLES, allowing 4 people to each room. ALL BEDROOMS have attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is located on the 3rd green of Osprey Point golf course. The many decks and porches are prefect for the first cup of coffee watching the first golfers of the day come through, or at the end of the day watching the sun go down on the marsh. The 11 mile sandy beach is only a bike ride or short car ride away, with free beach parking. We love going into Charleston because of the history of the city and the great shops and restaurants. Charleston reminds us in so many ways of Boston.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah with close friends for several years. We loved it from the start. It's a great get-away from the cold New England winters and is as beautiful in the fall as it is in the spring and summer. We enjoy golfing on the many great courses, walking or biking on the beach and hope our guests enjoy our home as if it were their own!

Gorgeous home in a lovely setting, <10 minute bike to the beach and easy drive to grocery/shops. All is meticulously maintained and could have housed a much larger family than our group of three, (although we threw a couple of dinner parties, which was no problem at all in the fully-equipped kitchen.) Can't wait to return!

We had a glourios time in the sun and surf here on Kiawah! This is our first time here and we'll be back for sure. We took lots of bike rides and the coolest thing is we could ride on the beach! The kids were exhausted every night - so were the adults. The mend golfed and had great weather for it. We aren't looking forward to leaving tomorrow. My sister saw a cougar.....Cool wildlife on the island, lots of beautiful birds. We watched the bluebirds making a nest right outside the back deck.
