Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road and Apres Ski-way, this beautifully remodeled condo is less than 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Shuttle! The complex also includes an outdoor heated pool and 2 hot hubs (patio in unit overlooks entire pool area) You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in our heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer. This unit has been entirely remodeled (Spring 2007) with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, new hickory cabinets, slab granite counters and all new furniture! You will not find a nicer unit in the Phoenix complex and your location is a stones throw away from everything Steamboat has to offer. You can even send the kids to their room where they can be entertained with their own TV with DVD. If you need to check up on work during your stay, there is free high speed wireless internet access so you can make your employer “think” you are still working hard by answering a few emails.
