Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road and Apres Ski-way, this beautifully remodeled condo is less than 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Shuttle! The complex also includes an outdoor heated pool and 2 hot hubs (patio in unit overlooks entire pool area) You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in our heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer.
This unit has been entirely remodeled (Spring 2007) with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, new hickory cabinets, slab granite counters and all new furniture! You will not find a nicer unit in the Phoenix complex and your location is a stones throw away from everything Steamboat has to offer.
The open floor plan on the 1st level allows you to move freely among the kitchen, dining area and extra large living room with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows framing the beautiful steamboat surroundings! The fully equipped kitchen will be a welcome site for the cook in your family and had a separate dining area along with a large center island with bar seating.
When your meal is complete, your group is free to watch a movie or catch the big game on the large screen TV with DVD in the main living room. You are also free to finish that favorite novel or plan the next day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. You can even send the kids to their room where they can be entertained with their own TV with DVD. If you need to check up on work during your stay, there is free high speed internet access so you can make your employer “think” you are still working hard by answering a few emails.
After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, flat panel TV, and a private bathroom featuring his and her sinks and granite counters, stone floor. Or, perhaps you would like to walk downstairs to soak your sore muscles in one of the 2 hot tubs while watching the stars in the clear sky, and take advantage of the heated changing room, saunas and onsite massage room!
When you leave, our goal is to have you dreaming about the days spent exploring Steamboat’s mountains and valleys and telling everyone back home how incredible your stay was in our wonderful mountain home! Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at The Phoenix you can walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. You could go the entire week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! You can walk the base area/gondola to go skiing or take a the private shuttle (dropped off at gondola). All within 1 mile from the condo is a movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, Yampa river/Fetcher pond to go fishing, ride your bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!

So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town.
