We are on the 7th floor directly facing the gulf, low enough for great views and peace of mind, yet high enough for quiet and privacy.

Our condo has been newly professionally decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, contains a 32" LCD flat panel TV, iHome and provides free secure wireless high speed internet. Pelican Beach Resort, built in 1997, is immaculately maintained and offers the perfect family vacation, romantic getaway or winter retreat. Amenities include beach side pool, drink bar, hot tub and kiddie pool, plus additional indoor heated pool with swim-out to a second outdoor pool.
Our unit received the highest possible rating. Accomodations include a comfortable king sized master bedroom with ceiling fan and private bath, plus a hall bunk bed alcove with an additional full bath. The living room contains a queen sized sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs with an ottoman. Balcony also features two comfortable lounge chairs with ottoman plus dining table with chairs.
Check in is simple and convenient with entry door lockbox with code.

Just wanted to tell you how beautiful your condo is. We enjoyed it so much.
I have never stayed anywhere that even came close to being as comfortable.
Most of the time there may be one chair or couch that you can really relax in, but you have made it where all the seating is perfect. Also, the bed was so above average.
And, the storage for one's personal belongings and the lighting in the bathrooms were outstanding. The kitchen was spotless with everything you could need.
I've never had seating on a deck that was really comfortable to spend time relaxing.
But you have seen to it that your guests can sit for hours and still enjoy the seating.
It is quite obvious that much thought and effort went into the furnishings and design of everything.
Just wanted to let you know how very special your place is, and we hope to be able to visit there again.

My family of three stayed here for 4 nights and it was so nice!!! We love the pelican beach resort!!!! The only down fall was the heated indoor/outdoor pool wasn't working and with it being kinda chilly that would have been nice! But that had nothing to do with the GREAT condo!!! I wished we could have stayed longer( isnt that with any vacation though) sandy was the nicest and answered all my questions!!! We WiLL return!!! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!!!!

We stayed at this condo August 8-13. We loved everything about it. The decor was nicer than the photos showed. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had. We look forward to staying here in the future. We had an awesome view and enjoyed watching the late thunderstorms roll in. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in April, 2011. The condo was very pretty and clean. The decor was much nicer than I had expected from the pictures, and it was very comfortable and inviting. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and it was very quiet inside the condo. We woke up well rested and refreshed every day. The condo is located on the 7th floor, which is the perfect location, as it is high enough up for privacy, but still close enough to the beach to hear the sound of the waves and surf. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we saw numerous pods of dolphins swim by every day. The appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc, were all provided and were more than acceptable. The beach at this location is wide and beautiful, and the emerald green color of the water was breathtaking. I do not have a single negative comment to make about this condo, other than I am disappointed that I do not own it! Sandy, the owner, was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had. She provided me with some restaurant ideas and directions for some local seafood and produce. I can't wait to visit again and I will definitely be staying at this wonderful location on my next trip.

I return to this beautiful condo every year.. Condo is decorated well and the colors are cheerful and coordinated through out the condo.. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has everything you need to make you comfortable.. The deck view of the beach and Gulf is outstanding and the sunset are gorgeous. The deck chairs are very comfortable and inviting to set out there and listen to the waves and watch the dolphins,pelicans and seagullls... So relaxing !! Owners are very accomodating.. The beach is beautiful.

We have stayed at this condo for a week each of the past 3 years, and we have had a truly wonderful time. The condo is well furnished, the bed in the Master Bedroom is probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in (including some 5-star resorts), and the location is perfect, with the sounds of the surf easily audible from the living room and deck. Beware the dishwasher, however. The top rack is prone to collapse, and has each of the three times we have stayed, unfortunately breaking some glasses in the process. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay at this well-appointed condo at a very nice property (as long as you don't book it when we want to be there).
