  This is our 1st trip to Destin. It won't be our last! Such as beautiful area. This unit was well furnished and maintained. When we walked in the door the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness and good smell of the condo. We very much appreciate that!! The view from the balcony was excellent. The only thing missing was the sunset. I guess it moves depending on the time of year. Tropical Storm Andrea was kind to us and stayed southeast of here. She did hinder the view of the sunset from the backside of the condo and closed the beach for one day. This resort is centrally located and the town is easy to navigate. This resort caters to their clients. Extremely clean common areas for such high foot traffic. Fresh seafood was amazing (either eaten at a restaurant or cooked here in the condo). Looking forward to our next trip here.

  We had the time of our life! We could not have asked for better accomodations! The condo was exactly as presented in the pictures and was spotless and ready for us when we walked in. Sandy is amazing to work with as an owner. We look forward to spending our anniversary here again next year! Terry & Bridget

  We found the condo to be everything we were looking for. View was perfect. Spent lots of time just watching the water and beach. Will definitely be back. All attractions were easily accessed. Staff was friendly and owners were very helpful.

  This was my husband and I's first trip to Destin. We were super excited b/c it was extra special b/c it was our Honeymoon! The condo was super nice and very spacious! We had no problem finding the place at all. The people there were very nice and helpful. Sandy (condo owner) was on top of everything, very helpful and was super nice. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean! The view was AWESOME! We definitely plan on making a trip back sometime! Maybe for our 1 year anniversary. :) Thanks again for some a wonderful time!

  Hi Sandy, Just wanted to say thank-you again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo over Springbreak!The weather was between 75-80 and sunny all week!Everything was just perfect! I felt very safe at this complex. I always worry about letting my kids go out at night by themselves(even now in their twenties), but not here. The view was wonderful and we did see more dolphins from your balcony than we did on the dolphin site-seeing boat! The staff was friendly and the complex was very clean. It was a very family friendly place! I would stay here again in a minute. It was great working with you Thanks so much! From St. Charles, Illinois P.S. My husband and I liked it so much, we are looking into buying in this area.

  My family of three stayed here for 4 nights and it was so nice!!! We love the pelican beach resort!!!! The only down fall was the heated indoor/outdoor pool wasn't working and with it being kinda chilly that would have been nice! But that had nothing to do with the GREAT condo!!! I wished we could have stayed longer( isnt that with any vacation though) sandy was the nicest and answered all my questions!!! We WiLL return!!! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!!!!

  We stayed at this condo August 8-13. We loved everything about it. The decor was nicer than the photos showed. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had. We look forward to staying here in the future. We had an awesome view and enjoyed watching the late thunderstorms roll in. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

  I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in April, 2011. The condo was very pretty and clean. The decor was much nicer than I had expected from the pictures, and it was very comfortable and inviting. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and it was very quiet inside the condo. We woke up well rested and refreshed every day. The condo is located on the 7th floor, which is the perfect location, as it is high enough up for privacy, but still close enough to the beach to hear the sound of the waves and surf. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we saw numerous pods of dolphins swim by every day. The appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc, were all provided and were more than acceptable. The beach at this location is wide and beautiful, and the emerald green color of the water was breathtaking. I do not have a single negative comment to make about this condo, other than I am disappointed that I do not own it! Sandy, the owner, was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had. She provided me with some restaurant ideas and directions for some local seafood and produce. I can't wait to visit again and I will definitely be staying at this wonderful location on my next trip.

  I return to this beautiful condo every year.. Condo is decorated well and the colors are cheerful and coordinated through out the condo.. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has everything you need to make you comfortable.. The deck view of the beach and Gulf is outstanding and the sunset are gorgeous. The deck chairs are very comfortable and inviting to set out there and listen to the waves and watch the dolphins,pelicans and seagullls... So relaxing !! Owners are very accomodating.. The beach is beautiful.

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $100
• Clean Fee: $75 + tax
• Tax Rate 11%

Cancellation policy:

A clean fee of $75 and tax of 11% will be added to the rental rate. If paying by credit card a 3% credit card fee is also added to charges. To secure a reservation, a down payment of $200.00 is required with return of a signed rental agreement. This $200.00 down payment will be deducted from the total rental balance. (If cancellation is necessary and is made at least six weeks prior to arrival date, $150 of down payment is refundable.) The remaining balance, plus a refundable damage security deposit of $100.00 is payable no less than 14 days before occupying the premises. This remaining balance is nonrefundable. ( Owner will make exception in case of hurricane mandatory evacuation.) Provided the premises are left in the same condition as received and no property is damaged or taken, the damage deposit will be refunded normally within 2 weeks after leaving the premises. Any and every damage or loss to the property will have to be paid and if the damage security deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage or loss, the renters will be charged for the difference. Lessee(s) are expected to leave the premises in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness. Lessee will be charged if more than normal cleaning is required. The lessee and guests acknowledge and accept the following: Every member of the party is protected by suitable health and accident insurance. All owners, associates, or agents are in no way responsible for and will not be held liable for any accident, harm, illness or injury occurring on the property. This is a smoke free unit. No smoking is allowed. Smoking in unit will result in forfeiture of damage deposit. No pets are allowed on the resort premises or in the condominium. Lessee(s) and guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any unlawful purpose. Lessee and guests shall obey the rules and regulations posted on the premises. All garbage will be bagged prior to departure and dishwasher loaded and started. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit / rent. Number and age of guests occupying the premises shall be disclosed at booking. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is before 10:00 a.m. A combination-entry lockbox on the door facing will contain keys to the unit. The combination will be given after final payment has cleared and signed agreement is received.
