  My husband and I stayed 3 nights celebrating his 50th birthday. Everything was as decribed and depicted in pictures. Would definitely stay again.

  This condo, was very dusty,I had to clean things before I even un packed . The air flow door was so dirty if you put something on the hooks your things would have been dirty , we saw big bugs at night , so I left a light , so I could walk to the bathroom. We brought our dog paid extra fee when we got to the gate . She said nothing about this fee as I had paid her and extra fee. Talked to her about wireless internet that didn't work. I'm sure her made was happy when she got there , because she didn't have to do much

  Owner response: I assume this is from my winter guest? I do not know about a dog fee at the gate, next call to the condo. How much was it? I will reimburse it. As for the dust, I just called my maid. I am huge on cleanliness. I never once got a call from the guest that there was a cleaning issue. I did get a call that the internet went out. Within hours Cox Cable had it fixed. I believe there was a storm or something. I have had a lot of great reviews. I always make things right. If you tell me who you are, I can reimburse you for the dog fee and give you a credit for a future stay because of the dusty door. I believe that would be the door to the ac unit. It has slats and does capture dust. Had I known, I would of had the maid back there pronto. She has been instructed to pay close attention to this in the future. I apologize. Tanya Jones

  The condo was great. I came to Destin from Oxford, Mississippi, home of Ole Miss. We are known for our hospitality, hosting hundreds of people on a weekly basis during the fall for good ole Southern football. The condo is one room, so not ideal for more than an intimate group, but perfect for a couple looking to get away. The beach is walking distance, with private access for those using the condo. It's just a walk across the street. While staying there, I got to meet several people whom I assume live in the complex permanently because of their knowledge of the area. They told me where to go, what to see, and places that were dog friendly. Would I decide to stay here again? Absolutely. The price is fair, and that's coming from a college student with limited funds. There is a well sized kitchen, the bathroom was nice, and the amenities you can't find in any hotel make this my go to place to stay next time I want to get away to the beach. A friend of mine stayed down the street at the Wingate. He was not in walking distance of anything and relied on me to take him everywhere. He ended up spending most of the vacation at our condo because it was so conveniently located across from sand and water. Destin is a tourist attraction, so it is extremely rare to find such an affordable location with beach access. Bottom line: the ad says sleeps 2-4. The bed sleeps two comfortably and the couch one. This is a studio condo so as long as everyone doesn't mind sleeping in one, fabulous room, everything is a go. Again, look at the price. You can't beat that, can you?

  Great stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Therre was a musty/mildew smell on arrival but this appeared to goaway after the AC ran a while. (This was the week after Issac). The order was great to deal with. She bent over backwards to accomodate us on such a short notice. We contacted her at the last minute on Friday for a weekend stay starting that night. Very very grateful for her help in this matter. Great weekend to visit my son and his g/f in Destin in a last minute trip.

  This condo was perfect for our family of beach lovers! We will not hesitate to book this condo from Tonya on our next vacation to Destin. The amenities were excellent and the price was just right. The walk to the private beach was short and the snack bar located at the beach was amazing! Tonya was great to work with and responsive to any question we had. This was our fifth trip to Destin and this condo was the best value!

  Hubby and I were in town on business, but were able to relax in the off time thanks to the beach that was ever so close and this great condo. We walked to the beach each day, and when the surf was too rough to allow for that, we swam in the pool that was steps from the condo. The Murphy bed was a bit uncomfortable but livable. Overall, it was the best week ever, and we would love to go back! Have already recommended it to friends!

  This unit was just the right place for our first visit to Destin! There were 4 of us that shared the unit. Everything was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen was very useful. Even with the sofa and murphy beds out, there was plenty of room to walk around for a studio. The balcony was really nice and you could even see a tiny glimpse of the beach from the corner. Sandpiper Cove has awesome, friendly security and parking right in front of the condo. It was nice to either walk or drive and park at the private beach. You can't even get in the gate without the code. The beach still got crowded during the day, but it's the summer, so that's expected. We liked how the condo was conveniently located to everything in Destin and shopping. We also loved how quiet and peaceful everything was. Very nice place and we will definitely be back at such a reasonable rate!

  My now husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The studio was very clean and close to many things to do in Destin,FL. We married in Destin and neither of us had ever been and we could not be happier that we chose this location, absolutely breathtaking. We stayed April 29th-May 5 and the weather was very comfortable, sunny and absolutely perfect. It was not crowded either, another plus. The security at Sandpiper Cove was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this studio for an affordable couple getaway.

  We have been staying at Sandpiper Cove for several years, but this unit was absolutely the most beautiful!! Perfect place for a "couple's retreat"!!

  Sandpiper Cove is very well located and has wonderful amenities and activities! Walking distance to beach, grocery store and other shopping; and the Destin community center offers a wealth of classes and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. This unit is well furnished, although the black furniture, black appliances, black dishes and brown tile floor make for a rather dark studio. Ceiling fans would have been nice to circulate the air. Will definitely return to Sandpiper Cove.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
