The condo was spacious, clean, updated and in a very quiet complex. It was in a good location, close enough to walk to a nice beach ( through the Marriott). Other nice beaches were a short drive away. The King and Queen Shops were next door, where there was shopping and some nice restaurants. A nice place, I would stay there again.

The location and amenities of this property simply can't be exceeded in the Waikoloa complex. It is steps from A-Bay, steps from the Queen's Marketplace, Kings Shops and trails. For the outdoor enthusiast, bring your swim gear, your bike, your running shoes and let the fun begin. Our family could not have been more pleased and Scott was so great to work with. The hardest part about staying here is leaving for home! We can't wait to come back, thanks Scott.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikaloa Beach Villas. The condo was beautiful with many ammenities and a wonderful location. We were within walking distance of the Kings Shops and Queens Market. The price of this condo was a real bargain in my opinion. We sat on the lanai every morning and had our breakfast in our shorts and t-shirts. Wonderfu weather with lots of things to do. Will definitely do it again.

We were very surprised at how easy it was to book this condo, We were even more surprised when we arrived at the condo, it was more then we expected. Beautiful location right on the golf course, so close to shops and the beach. We had a wonderful time there and would recommend it to anyone travelling there. Great people to deal with as well.

Wow, wow, wow! Beautiful condo, fantastic location. We travelled all through the Big Island but the Kohala coast was probably our favorite - beautiful sunny days, gorgeous beaches. We're pretty active, so did lots of hiking along the coastal trails there. This condo actually backs onto the historic King's Trail which is fun! Don't miss Hawi and Polulu Beach (maybe a 45 minute drive), the visitor centre on Mauna Kea (less than an hour's drive). We even hiked up to the summit in about 3 hours - the climb itself was fairly challenging, but it was the altitude that kicked our butts. Mauna Kea beach and Hapuna beach are about a 10 minute drive... glorious fine white sand beaches. Be sure to check out the visitor's centre at Pu'ukohola Heiau a couple miles north of Hapuna Beach. Very interesting displays and history. The free Hula Show at the Mauna Lani is worth a look (maybe a 5 minute drive), and even the Queen's marketplace (across the street from the villas) had fantastic free music and dancing performances while we were there! But most of all, don't miss the glorious sunsets at A-Bay, just a short walk across the road. This area is so much fun! And we were so comfortable in your condo Scott. It was spacious and had ALL the luxuries one could ask for. We enjoyed meals on the very private lanai in the gorgeously landscaped yard. It felt BETTER than home, even with our three teenagers in tow! Our family made so very many wonderful memories! Thank you!

We stayed at this Condo over Xmas 2008. With out a doubt, this is the finest condo we have ever rented. It was perfectly and honestly described by Scott prior to our booking. In fact I believe he understates the location, as this Condo is in the best location of the entire resort for exploring, shopping, attending the beach, all accessible by foot. The condo itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. We visited with two young girls and they could not get enough of snorkeling, searching for turtles, boogie boarding, whale watching and of course making those sand castles in the sand. This was the perfect home base for exploring the entire Island. I would suggest to anybody that is coming here for a visit to get a Costco membership. A substantial savings can be found at the store in Kona for groceries, tourist necessities and even the Macadamia nut chocolates. Thanks Scott and April

Scott & April Wanted to let you know we had a great time last week at your condo. Very spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and all its nice amenities. Grilled out by the pool 3 nites. Definately good value in Waikoloa. Thks for all the assiatance before we arrived as well. We wish it were closer and plane tickets cheaper so we could go annually, but we will certainly keep you in mind when we or friends go the Big Island in the future.
