This delightful three bedroom, three and one half bathroom, two story home sits at the back of the neighborhood, and provides a peaceful atmosphere, a safe environment for children to play, and is only a short distance from the pool.
The unit has granite countertops, travertine floors, custom cabinets, spacious rooms and a breakfast bar, and is comfortably furnished throughout. On the front sits a lovely 10 X 20 foot screened porch.
You'll find within Sandestin's 2400 acres activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities, there is certainly something for everyone! As if that isn't enough, we unashamedly boast the world's most beautiful beaches!

The Bungalos are just a short walk or bike ride away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village features more than two dozen shops, stunning boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. There are also nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn. And while you are here at Sandestin be sure and visit Grande Boulevard-- our newest shopping and dining experience!
