This one level renovated home is located in Carrabelle, directly on the beach. The house looks across the bay between St. George Island and Dog Island. This inlet allows for easy boat or wave runner access to the Gulf, also allows Gulf fish entry to the Bay ensuring terrific fishing right in front of your beach rental home. Experience memorable sunrises, sunsets and stars! Experience the pleasure of long walks on a sandy white, uncrowded beach. Collect unique shells and enjoy building all the sand castles you desire!
The house is comfortably furnished. It includes two oversized bedrooms. One with a king size bed, attached bath and outside access to screened porch and outside deck. The second oversized room has a queen size bed with second bath access across the hall. Both of these rooms face the beach. The other two bedrooms feature a set of bunk beds and set of twin beds. Outside the living area is a full length deck and screened porch. There is also a outdoor shower. The house is non-smoking. No pets.
Carrabelle Beach is a 15 minute car ride to St. George Island and historic Apalachicola. It is minutes away from the St. James golf course. In Carrabelle you will find virtually no traffic, high rises or hotels to block your view. This is a quiet coastal community, truly one of the last unspoiled destinations in Florida.

We had an amazing time. The house was very clean and a perfect layout for our 3 small children. It was quite and relaxing. We love the small towns and the friendly, helpful locals. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us:) It's now October and our children are still asking to go back to the beach house. They had a blast!

Lovely home; very clean; had everything we needed. Fresh shrimp at $4 a lb in the IGA lot...you can't beat it! Best we've ever had!!! Beach is clean, undisturbed, very quiet and relaxing. My teens ached for a boardwalk for a day or so...but enjoyed the family time; which is what it's all about! The locals are fabulous; they advised us on where to go for great food and adventure. We absolutely loved it and were sorry to leave. Thank you Mike & Deb for sharing your lovely home with us. Deborah, Tony & the Gang

Sunbathed on the deck. Read on the screened in porch. Ate out in the nearby quaint town of Appalachicola. Took long walks on the beach. Came home refreshed and rested after our much needed getaway in this lovely vacation home. Had a wonderful and unforgettable time!

We had a great time with our young children who loved "hunting" all the wildlife on the beach - lots of little hermit crabs,fish,and shells. The beach is very quiet, uncrowded, and laidback.
