This is a 2 family house on OCEAN BLOCK. You can either rent one or both floors. Each unit has it's own private entrance. It can easily accommodate family reunions, without sacrificing your own privacy or two families that like to vacation together and still have their own space.
The home was totally remodeled with central air, wall to wall carpeting with ceramic-tiled-kitchen and bathrooms. First floor has 4 bedrooms and two baths, sleeping 8, and the second floor has 3 bedrooms with 1 bath, sleeping 6. We recently bought new refrigerators and mattresses. There is a spacious outside shower with hot and cold water. There are picnic tables and grills. Off street parking for a total of 4 cars. All blankets and pillows are included. Tenants must supply their own sheets and towels.
The house is in a great location and walking distance to Seaside Heights Amusement Pier, Surf Club, fine restaurants, supermarkets, liquor store, shops, boat rentals, arcade, miniature golf and more. The neighborhood is filled with friendly family-oriented people. This home is ideal for families with children of all ages. You will not be disappointed with this beach house. A total of 4 beach badges provided with a security.
Renters must be 25 years or older and provide proof of a valid driver's license. Home must be left cleaned when vacating. The cleaning cost is approximately $80 per floor.

We had a great time at the beach. The location is great. Very short walk to beach, kitchen spacious, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and young children. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the toddlers clean as there is no bathtub. But overall we had a great time and we were close to everything. Would definately rent again!

We have rented this house for the past 3 summers for 2 weeks at a time. It is a short walk to the beach and also in walking distance from many other activities (boardwalk, miniature golf and an arcade). Bonnie and her family have been nothing but nice and helpful and are there if you need them. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will continue to do so. It is a clean and well-maintained property.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This rental was very neat and clean. Central air was great to have as it was in the 90's. The bedrooms were comfortable for us(5). The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Quick clean up, not much time in the kitchen. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer, too. The best part is that it is located on the block right next to the beach. We had a great time!
