Our lovely two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in the gated Keowee Key community in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains two hours from Atlanta and Charlotte.
Keowee Key offers two outdoor swimming pools, a health and fitness center with an indoor pool and racquetball court, two sets of tennis courts (ten total), boat rentals, and a lighted 2.6 mile (round trip) paved lakeside leisure trail just below the condo. The beautiful clubhouse includes an excellent restaurant and full bar overlooking the professional George Cobb designed golf course. All the facilities in Keowee Key are available to renters though some require a fee.
The golf course went through a major renovation in 2006 and is open and ready for use. The fee for a round of golf is $45 on weekdays and $50 on weekends.
An outdoorsman's paradise, Lake Keowee is 18,500 acres of clear mountain water with more than 300 miles of shoreline. The area is perfect for boating of all sorts, hiking and fishing, whitewater rafting, viewing waterfalls, and relaxing. Less than an hour drive will get you to scenic Cashiers or Highlands, North Carolina and 15 minutes more will lead you down the Blue Ridge Parkway. Clemson is 20 minutes the other direction. Lake Keowee's water is comfortable into early autumn. Every season has its charm and beauty with activities from berry picking to autumn craft fairs to evening strolls along the lake.
The condo is centrally located on the lake. Large windows in both the living room and master bedroom reveal a wooded inlet view. A private sliding glass entrance opens from the master bedroom and living room on to the porch. A jetted tub and oversized full shower will allow you to fully unwind. Decorative tile accents the spacious bath, giving the feel of a resort stay. A large walk-in closet invites you to make yourself at home. The newly furnished living room includes a large stone faced fireplace perfect for romantic winter evenings.

Salem's best kept secret on lodging! A Delightful place to stay! Immaculate, well furnished and very quite & peaceful surroundings. We have had the pleasure of being guests here before and each time has been a great experience! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Also, thanks to B&S for your part in our stays!

We spent a weekend in this lovely condo and really enjoyed our visit. The condo is clean and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Keowee Key is a beautiful resort area. The owners are helpful and gracious.
