The bottom half of this 3000 square foot Riverhouse is available to rent. It has gorgeous view windows to view sunrises and sunsets over the Colorado River. Private boat ramp and dock for easing launching capabilities.
Sandy beach to relax with your lawn chairs on the beach. Huge view deck with palapa, picnic table and propane barbeque grill. A firepit on the beach.
Located just south of the Parker Bridge on the California side of the river. Water temperature is much warmer than Laughlin/Bullhead area. Safer river area than the Parker Strip for skiing, boating and family vacations. 1 mile to Parker for grocery shopping and restaurants, 5 miles to Blue Water Casino and 35 minutes to Lake Havasu (by car).
Utilities include 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bedroom with Queen bed plus extra single bed, Queen hide a bed in living room, and extra toddler bed also available.
Washer and Dryer available in the garage.

There is a dam just north of the Parker Bridge which prevents boating north of this point. (into the "Parker Strip" area). Miles and miles of boating is available as far south as you want to go.
