Gore Trail Condominiums offer one of the best alpine settings in all of Summit County. Step out the front door and into pristine woods and forest. This beautiful condo is located adjacent to Arapahoe National Forest. The spectacular Eagles Nest Wilderness area surrounds the condo on three sides, providing an awesome alpine retreat. Cross country ski, snowshoe, sled, run, or take a tranquil walk through the nearby woods.
Our beautiful home at Gore Trail offers incredible views and unusual tranquility, while still providing proximity to recreation and all of the Summit County winter and summer recreation. Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are all within thirty minutes. Shopping and fine dining is available at the bottom of the hill. A tee time is a must, with seven championship golf courses in the area. World Class shopping is available at the Factory Outlet Mall located just a few miles away.
Step onto the private back deck and enjoy unobstructed, unspoiled views of Mount Baldy, Buffalo Peak and Mount Royal. There is even a beaver pond located just off the back deck.
Built in 1999, this condo unit is located on the quiet, top floor. The entry way is level with the parking lot for convenient access. The location provides not only easy access to the National Forest but is within yards of the club house, offering two hot tubs, card tables and lounge with a large screen TV. A bus stop is located close by to provide access to the free bus service provided throughout Summit County.
Three bedrooms provide sleeping arrangements for seven and a pull-out couch in the living area can be used to provide an additional sleeping for two. The large master bedroom is located in the loft and is furnished with a King Size Bed, a private bath and cable TV.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, cable TV and another private bath.
The third bedroom is perfect for kids, furnished with a Captains Bunk Bed and another cable TV.
The living area is comfortable and cozy. A gas fireplace quickly warms the area after a hard day of skiing, snowshoeing, golfing, fishing, mountain biking or shopping. A new 32 inch Sharp Aquis LCD High Definition TV provides the ultimate for watching 40 plus cable television channels, movies or your favorite sporting events and is interfaced with a home theater systems that provides surround sound as well and the playing of AM/FM radio, DVDs or CDs. Plug in your iPod and have all your favorite tunes available.
The dining table seats eight and three bar stools provide casual eating arrangements in the kitchen.

Very nice, clean, charming 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. A bit more off the winding beaten path but being secluded up in the mountain brought a bit of peace and quite to our vacation. Condo is so close to great skiing in Loveland, Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. Perfect for breakfast at the condo, lunch at the mountain and dinner in town. Great area for shopping and eating and hanging out with friends. Silverthorne Rec center is worth the trip if you have kids who like to swim. Condo was pretty well stocked with whatever we needed, and our group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) we did not feel cramped as there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the moose and fox off the back balcony each morning! Hillary was very easy to work with and we would definately rent here again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
