What a beautiful place to spend our 15th year of tradition. We lucked out with the snow, the skiing, and the views. A lovely, fun, tasty, relaxing long weekend with wonderful friends. Thank you!

A dream of a place to escape to! Celebrated a 40th birthday with snowshoeing on virgin snow, couch time with spectacular views, and long leisurely meals! Feeling replenished and reenergized. Thank you Chaska and Littlefield Farm for such a wonderful retreat!

Our families met for a beautiful wedding over at Sleepy Hollow Inn on Columbus Day weekend. Though it reained at first, the weather cleared out for glorious views from the cabin. We never want to leave this beautiful place!! Littlefield Farm is the kind of place that is a home, not a rental. All visitors, aged 5 to 42 found reading, places to explore, and space to play. A bonus treat was on Sunday morning as we packed up we saw a short burst of frozen precipitation! All the kids were amazed! Thank you for such a great place. We will be back!

Thank you for having such a beautiful house and making it available to others! We really enjoyed our time here. Swimming in the rivers, hiking Camel's Hump, eating almost every meal outside with the gorgeaous view. Thank you for your friendliness in terms of arrival and check out, Chaska. We hope we can come back next year!

We had a great time enjoying the foliage. We didn't see much wildlife but heard the deer in the field at night. Burlington was great but the house was fantastic! It was much better than expected (the internet pictures don't do it justice). Great place. We'll be back! Thanks again!

What a fabulous place Paul found for our family's Christmas reunion! A high meadow haven indeed! We dozed one night through the thunder and roar of a windstorm and still felt safe and secure. Our three cross country skiers made good use of the trails-and loved hiking after the snow had all but washed away. Our 2 seniors relished every moment spent in awe of the amazing vista that surrounds us here. Thanks, Chaska, for all you did to help us settle in for our 5 day stay.

My niece was getting married at the Monitor Barn in Richmond and this was a perfect location for guests. Beautiful views, convenient to the wedding site and reception, and a wonderful break from all the "merriment". Quiet, incredibly clean, dog-friendly and completely comfortable. Great find.

Owner response:Thank you! We take pride in keeping the house spotless while being dog friendly at the same time. The views continue to be spectacular as the first maple trees turn orange and red. Hopefully we'll have a spectacular foliage season, and then a nice snowy winter for lots of skiing!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
