  Answers to owner's questioner: 1. Taking into account both the home and the resort facilities, how would you evaluate your overall experience during your stay? "It was great. The home is so convenient and the resort is fun and a nice size." 2. What aspects did you particularly enjoy? "We loved the heated pool. We loved the backyard." 3. Is there anything you feel could be improved? "A few small notes: -need a new can opener - the one that is there does not work -it would be really nice if there were pool floats at the house. one of the other houses had some and it was very handy. same for a pack n play. -shelf in the fridge is missing Thanks - we really enjoyed our stay!" Jill K. Owner: Hi Jill. Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! The can opener was already replaced. We also had the pool floats in our home. Unfortunately some guests forgot to bring them home after they used them in the pool area. We replaced them few times in the past. The refrigerator shelf was taken away by the previous guest. We are looking for the new one.

  Hi Peter...we returned from our vacation at Regal Palms and had a wonderful time! It was very nice to meet your dad. I know this is early, however, I would like to book in, if possible, for next March. Tentative dates are Monday March 4, 2013 to Saturday March 16, 2013 for 104 Verona.   We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was very clean and completely sufficient for our needs. We love the resort facilities and spent most of our time at the pool. My kids spent hours by the pond watching the turtles. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice. One minor suggestion is to get some tongs and more dishtowels for the kitchen. We were very pleased with the accomodations and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Kristin V.

  we stayed in 2011 , it was a great stay, owner was very nice and attentive to customers, we all loved it , definetly recommend and will stay again when we will be in that area. thanks

  Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren stayed with us for 8 days and the accommodations were exceptional. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. Of course with the awesome weather, the kids enjoyed hours of fun in the pool. The pool area is definitely a big draw, especially after long hours at Disney. We all looked forward to coming back to relax and/or swim. We can honestly say that we would not change a thing about the accommodations or the pool. We certainly would recommend this...

  I was meaning to get back to you to thank you so much for our stay in your wonderful home!! We loved the Resort. The kids had a fantastic time at the pool, water slide, lazy river and beach volleyball!! The condo was perfect, spacious and clean. Our only suggestion would be for you to have a broom and dust pan available so we could sweep the main area floors during the week, as it got quite sandy from the kids and we had no way to sweep it up. Everything was great, we had such a nice time.

Cancellation policy:

Rental Agreement Reservation made more than 2 months prior to check-in date must be for a minimum of 5 nights, unless there is a gap in the booking calendar. Otherwise, the minimum reservation is 2 nights. Make checks payable to Frank Havranek and mail to 1901 Peach St., Champaign, IL 61820. Your payment and the reservation will be promptly confirmed through your e-mail address. Please, add 12% local tax to all rates. Rates are per whole home, not per person. Maximum 2 persons are allowed per each bedroom. The signatory to the booking must be a member of the renting party and must be at least 21 years old. Reservations are subject to availability. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outside of the home only. Maid service is not provided. An $85 one-time house cleaning charge will be applied. A garbage bin for your use is located behind the home. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. No refunds provided for early departures. A booking deposit of $200 is required at reservation. This booking deposit will count toward your total payment for your reservations, but is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking. Full payment for reservations must be made at least 2 months before scheduled check-in date. The booking deposit will become a part of the full payment. The owner may cancel the booking if full payment is not received by the due date (2 months before scheduled check-in). The booking deposit will be forfeited. Guest (renter) may cancel booking any time; however, the following cancellation charges will apply: •Cancellation more than 1 month before check-in date – booking deposit will be forfeited (but the remainder of the rental payment, if any, will be returned). •Less than 1 month before scheduled check-in date – 50% of the rental payment (but not more than for 30 days) will be forfeited. •Less than 7 days before scheduled check-in date or after check-in – 100% of the rental payment for the first 7 days of reservation and 50% of the rental payment for the remaining days of the reservation (but not more than 30 days total) will be forfeited. Change in booking (after second change) will incur a $30 administrative fee. A returnable $250 security deposit may be required at check-in by the Regal Palms management company. Any damage to the rental property, or loss that occurs, will be covered from your security deposit. The resort fee of $11.95/day per house (not per person) paid at check-in to management, for using all clubhouse facilities (pools, fitness center, etc.), is not included in our prices. Swimming pools close at 11:00 PM. Guest may use special telephone, located in the living room near the stairs, for free unlimited calls in U.S. and Canada. Using any other telephone line in the house, for calls outside the resort, may incur a charge payable to the resort management. If you encounter any deficiency with the rental home during your stay (maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, missing items, etc.), please immediately contact the front desk at the resort for assistance. The kitchen telephone provides a convenient direct line to the front desk. The staff at the front desk are responsible for addressing and remedying any problems with the home that are brought to their attention. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM THE RESORT IS OBTAINED.
