"Thank you so much Brad and Paula. I can say enough about your lovely vacation home. I believe your home is set up amazingly for families. Upon arriving the house was freshly cleaned not a crumb onsite. Martha and Robert (onsite staff) openly greeted us and were so accommodating through out the stay. I highly suggest Martha's cooking! Yum! On the days we stayed at the house there was still a lot to do. I thought the hockey sticks and nets were such a nice touch for us Canadians. There wasn't a time that we didn't have something to do. We caught crabs every night on the beach and had many laughs with the kids over the crab races. Martha gave massages at the end of the dock. Robert cleaned the yard daily and always had a smile on his face. He suggested a few places for us to go tour. I believe your house and staff made it a worry free vacation. Everything was always accessible for us. eg. golf cart, tours, wifi. I highly suggest Casa Amarillo to large families or groups. The location and house couldn't have been set up any better. Thank you so Much!
The Johnston family."

"We (a cold Alaskan couple and a chilled Minnesota couple) had a great stay in the upstairs apartment at Casa Caracol! Phil came through with all the things he advertised. He had kayaks for us to use and we had a blast kayaking. My brother and I used them to go out to the reef. It was fun and we found muscles we hadn't used in a while (although, I think I pulled a fat instead of a muscle). Phil also set us up with a day of fishing, a wonderful boat trip to the Mayan Ruins, and a great half day of snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark and Ray Alley. The rental is walking distance to a well stocked grocery, fresh produce stands, a wonder full bakery, and all the local shopping you want.
The upstairs was perfect for the four of us. Two bedroom each with their own bathrooms with showers. A beautiful well stocked kitchen which we used a ton. The deck has a great view of the reef and is a great place to relax no matter what part of the day it is. He has a housekeeper come in every couple days and she does an amazing job!!! It was so nice having a week to not worry about anything and just relax.
We had a wonderful time and Phil took all the details out of it for us. At the end of our stay, we had one credit card bill to him which included all the day excursions he booked for us and he didn't add on penny for his time and effort to set them up. He is a great guy and was wonderful to work with. We recommend him and Casa Caracol highly."

"The condo was perfect and couldn't have been better for our vacation. The location is great - a little bit more in the neighborhood section away from the center of town, which we really liked. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the center and there are a few great bars along the beach nearby. We rented a golf cart because we liked exploring further away areas, especially the North end. But it was nice to be near the center and have walkable options as well. The pool was great. The view is stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning. The kitchen and living room are well accommodated. The rooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. The condo is exactly as pictured. The property manager was very helpful and prompt with responses. A great & top recommended dive shop, Chuck & Robbies, is close, just a 7 minute walk along the beach. And there is an affordable and well stocked grocery store right at the corner of the street - just outside the condo. We will be looking to stay here again!"

"What a great house. We had 9 people stay at this great house. The 3 suites on ground floor are perfect for adults and or couples. The upstairs rooms are great for older kids which we had. Enjoy sunrise from the patio over looking the pool and sea. Great palapa area right by pool to sit in shade have a drink out of the frig. If you prefer sunset run up to the third floor deck and catch it. If you don't have a chef traveling with you ask for Dianie to cook up one of her delicious meals. I recommend the BBQ fish. Don't worry about anything while you're there. Alfred will take care of everything. He's a wealth of info so ask him anything. Be sure to stock the house before your arrival ask about the service. If you want to go to San Pedro I recommend golf cart, it takes about 30 minutes. Alfred will help you book it. There are two restaurants in walking distance 2 doors down one each way. The grocery store also has great snack place. There are 4 kayaks on the property to use also. ACs in all the rooms work great, the beds are very comfy. Great vacation home. Sleeps 10 easily with two to a room."
