"My wife and I booked 6 nights and loved it so much we asked the owner for another night which they granted. The owners/property mgmnt. were great & responsive, we spoke to both during our stay. The listing exactly as presented, the unit well maintained & very clean, fresh smell. We loved the updated decor. The air conditioning, shower, washer/dryer and all appliances worked perfect. The bed was amazingly soft! It was nice to look out the door and see the ocean, beach & landscaping. The pool was refreshing and well maintained as was the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A lot of seaweed was on the beach due to a hurricane far away, but maintenance staff had it cleaned up by our 2nd day. We enjoyed food and drinks at the following: Cimboco (breakfast), Chicken Chicken (amazing jerk chicken and sides), Marriott Resort a few parcels away for sunset drinks, Tukka (awesome tappas happy hour with tarpon/shark feeding right off the deck), Da Fish Shack (great appetizers, drinks and ocean front dining), Kaibo Beach bar at Rum Point (on an inlet with outdoor dining available, view ok, only had drinks there), Royal Palms Beach Club just two parcels north on the beach (trendy South Beach decor and vibe, only had drinks two nights - service great one night and unfriendly the next), Billy Bones Bar at Treasure Island (nah, like a typical locals beach bar in America - don't recommend), Burger Shack by Cimboco (awesome late night fast food burger stand open until 3:00 AM), Bread & Chocolate in Georgetown (small vegan restaurant with a friendly owner from Niagara Falls with excellent waffles that had chocolate, ice cream and fruit and unique vegetable/fruit mixed juiced drinks), Alfresco's (midway between our resort and the Turtle Farm, excellent baked grouper with curry vegetables & mashed potato topping and curry lobster dish - has outdoor ocean view dining), Lone Star Bar & Grill for open air bar with TVs, Craft (walking distance trendy hipster bar w/excellent food & beer on tap, trendy drinks) and finally Grand Old House. Grand Old House has deck dining area with view of ocean, excellent food but horrible service manager blamed on wait staff that didn't show & their first season opening happy hour (that had loud 80's music). Go to Digicell at Camana Bay and buy a SIM card to save $ on cell charges. Kirk Mkt more fancy than Fosters Food Fair. Bay Market for gourmet foods. Best snorkeling Cheeseburger reef and we tried many. Highly recommend this unit!"
