  • Ideal for a group of friends

"Six friends descended on this villa in Monflanquin, a lovely small bastide town for a week of relaxation, laughs, good food and wine in this extremely comfortable house that did not disappoint. It lived up to our expectations completely - it was well appointed and the excellent kitchen and dining area became a hub for us. Great breakfast feasts were had each morning after a visit to one of the local bakeries of which there were at least three within walking distance. Found plenty to do during the day, including wandering around Monflanquin, visiting a number of small nearby towns (eg Cancon, Pujols), and sites like La Roque Gageac on the Dordogne and Domme another lovely bastide town, and Chateau Bonaguil in Fumel. Had fun shopping at local markets- and found lots of good food and wine as we preferred to cook for ourselves and eat in each evening. The owner was particularly helpful answering questions and offering assistance. Wifi access was a bonus we all appreciated. A highly recommended villa where we had a fabulous week."

  • très bon séjour ! !

"La maison était semblable à la description, très propre et bien entretenue. Nous l'avions choisit pour son caractère ancien et sa piscine privée. Nous y avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille (2adultes, 4enfants). Il y a de nombreux villages à visiter dans la région, des marchés où nous avons pris de la confiture maison, du foie gras, des noix... à recommander Marie-Laure, Pascal et les enfants"

  • A gem of an apartment in beautiful Bordeaux

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in September of 2014 with another couple. We all agreed that this was by far the nicest apartment that any of us had ever holidayed in. Safe, secure, beautifully appointed and equipped, excellent location. The pictures don't do it justice. The outside seating space was delightful. The owner made the process as easy as pie. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would certainly entertain the idea of renting another of his apartments on a future European holiday."

  • Studio in Dordogne

"I stayed in this delightful retreat, for a week in August, 2014. It is very clean, has all amenities needed and one can have a very comfortable stay in St. Cyprien for a reasonable price. I would definitely look forward to returning to this delightful studio soon!"

Biarritz Travel Tips

Visit the French Oceanside with Biarritz Vacation Rentals

Located on the Bay of Biscay, Biarritz is always a popular tourist destination. The beautiful beaches and clear water draw many who want to partake of the jewel that is Biarritz. The spot is particularly good for surfing, so if you are a veteran surfer, take this opportunity to ride the waves in France. If you have never been on a board in your life, maybe now is the time to learn. Shelling, sunbathing, and swimming are also popular activities at this seaside city.

Learn about the Basque Culture

Biarritz travel will provide you with many interesting sites, activities, and other vacation experiences, but one of the most interesting aspects of Biarritz is the Basque history of the area. Biarritz is only eleven miles from the border of Spain, and it is in the heart of French Basque Country. Enjoy the unique food and style of the Basque culture while learning about the history.

Great Location

Biarritz is a convenient vacation spot. Visit Paris easily by riding the TGV, France’s high-speed train, and enjoy what the iconic city of France has to offer. If you would like to explore not only France, but Spain as well, then Biarritz would be a great place to stay. It is only eleven miles from the Spanish border.

Get Away from the Crowds with Aquitaine Villas

Biarritz is a popular vacation spot for many reasons, but you can enjoy Biarritz without sharing a crowded hotel with hundreds of strangers. Instead, find a vacation home in Biarritz and enjoy the privacy and authenticity of your own place.
