  • Absolutely Perfect!

"From the initial booking to saying goodbye at the bus, Marie and Pascal were attentive to my every need! I simply cannot imagine better people. The apartment is spotless, well located and boasts two balconies and a fabulous Boulevard and skyline view. Marie is a gracious tour guide and gave me advice on transportation, shopping, tours and food. ( I am a vegetarian, and the building also has a health food market on the ground level.) If you are seeking the perfect Paris apartment with hosts that provide extraordinary service, this is the place for you to stay. Five stars are not enough!"

"We are so happy that we had the opportunity to take this apartment! The weather was so bad for the duration of our stay that we spent most of our time in the apartment. At mist it was a two minute skip to the Champs elysee for any shopping but mostly we stayed inside. Luckily the apartment had everything we needed including ample space. Thanks again and see you soon"

  • Paris - je t'aime

"Just got back from a first time visit to Paris. I loved every minute of it. The apartment is very well located on the most beautiful street in Paris. The property is clean and very functional. Gabriella is quick to reply to your emails and was there to meet me on October 16th at 10:30 AM. She showed me around the apartment and made me feel very at home. I most appreciated the use of the phone to call my husband and girls during my stay free of charge. TY Gabriella. I would stay there again...too nice to pass. My sister and her husband stayed at Hotel Napoleon (business trip) located near Arc- de -Triomphe. It was a mere 20 min. walk. As for activities we went to: Louve, Chateau Versaille, N-D. Cathedral, Tour Eiffel, S. Coeur in Montmarte also a ride on the Seine and Hop on-Hop Off city bus tour. We did a lot of walking (so good shoes is a must). Walking is a very nice way to see and feel the city at a more slower pace. We enjoyed the French wine and food. We also booked a show at Lido and saw "Le Bonheur" spectacle - FABULOUS. There are plenty of restaurant in Paris and you don't have to break the bank. We ate twice at a small but quaint place called Rest. Le Relais du Pont Neuf owned by Marie & Martine. The service is superbe and they are so nice. For less than 20 euro you get a 3 course meals. As for transportation I booked over the internet before my trip Viator - Paris Shuttle. They were on time to pick me up and also for my departure. On both occasions the drivers were helpful but more so on my arrival. Thank you. I certainly would book again and do recommend them. They are quick to confirm your bookings and they do remind you a few days before your departure. There is also an emergency number that you can call. As for the people in Paris. We found them nice and helpful. On one particular occasion I was without a phone and I had to reach my sister to let her know where we should meet. I asked a perfect stranger if I could use his cell phone to call. He did not hesitate and did the 2 calls (one to my sister and one to Gabriella). He refused both offers of money and coffee. He simply said it was a pleasure and to have a nice day. So, thank you for helping me. Also thank you to the young lady on the second floor of the apartment who did not hesitate to open her door to help me that morning. Your kindness was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and family."

  • This is an unbelievable deal for the space and especially location

"We recently had the pleasure of staying in Philippe's beautiful flat. Everything was just as it is described on this site and by what Philippe had said. First and foremost, for getting out and enjoying Paris, you cannot beat the location. To start the day just a block from a major Metro stop was incredible. But to END the day by getting off the Metro and being just steps away was even better -- especially with little kids. Aside from the location, the space and layout was great. There were 5 of us total, and we had ample sleeping space. The dining area was perfect, as was the sitting area. Not that we were there that often. But it still made it worth our while. Philippe as a rental owner is impeccable. He had directions for everything laid out perfectly, and he walked us through it all and was so easy to work with. (As a vrbo owner myself, I appreciate it and took notes!) He even pointed out toys for my little boy, which was sweet. The only negative about the location (which has NOTHING to do with the flat itself) is that the Champs Elysee is very touristy, so we didn't find those quaint, "Parisian" bakeries, fromageries and little cute shops nearby. But that's really a very minor thing. All in all, kudos to Philippe!"
